El estrés laboral y el estilo de vida saludable en los enfermeros de emergencia de un Hospital de lima 2025

Abstract

El presente estudio tuvo como propósito analizar la relacion entre las principales variables Objetivo: Establecer la relacion existente entre el nivel de estrés laboral y el estilo de vida saludable en los enfermeros de emergencia del hospital ate-vitarte, lima 2025. Metodología: La investigacion se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, utilizando el método hipotético deductivo. Asimismo, correspondió a un estudio aplicado, con diseño no experimental y corte transversal. La muestra estuvo integrada por 93 enfermeras. Se emplearon dos instrumentos: El “Cuestionario Nursing Stress Scale” y el “Cuestionario de Estilo de Vida Saludable” altamente validados. Resultados: Se evidenció que el 71.0 % presenta un estrés laboral medio acompañado de hábitos de vida, por otro lado el 22,6% manifiesta un estrés laboral bajo asociado tambien a un estilo de vida no saludable. En consecuencia el resulto indicó un índice de correlación de -0.486, indicando una relacion negativa moderada. Conclusiones: Se determinó que existe asociación entre las principales variables

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the main variables Objective: To establish the relationship between the level of work-related stress and healthy lifestyle among emergency nurses at the Ate-Vitarte Hospital, Lima, 2025. Methodology: The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the hypothetico deductive method. It was an applied study with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 93 nurses. Two instruments were used: the highly validated "Nursing Stress Scale Questionnaire" and the "Healthy Lifestyle Questionnaire." Results: It was found that 71.0% of participants experienced moderate work-related stress associated with unhealthy lifestyle habits, while 22.6% reported low work-related stress also associated with an unhealthy lifestyle. Consequently, the results indicated a correlation coefficient of -0.486, suggesting a moderate negative relationship.
