Relación entre los resultados del test estresante y Apgar del recién nacido en el hospital de apoyo Coracora Ayacucho 2024

Abstract

Este estudio aborda el objetivo de identificar la relación entre los resultados del test estresante y el APGAR del recién nacido en el Hospital de Apoyo Coracora en el año 2024. Material y métodos. El trabajo se basa en un estudio de corte observacional que no manipula variables, enmarcándose e la ruta cuantitativa con intención descriptiva, retrospectiva y transversal. Se examinaron 63 historias clínicas de mujeres embarazadas con test estresante (CST). Todas ellas finalizaron su embarazo por parto vaginal o cesárea. Los resultados a las que se llegó son: 52.4% tenían entre 20 a 29 años, 58.7% eran convivientes, 44.4% tuvieron estudios secundarios, 73.0% su ocupación era ama de casa, 90.5% tenían de 38 a 42 ss de gestación, 61.9% eran multíparas, 60.3% presentaron otras patologías, 85.7% registra de 6 APN a más, 85.7% la terminación de parto indica que fue vaginal, 88.9% tenía un test estresante negativo, 93.7% tuvo un Apgar normal al minuto y 100% a los 5 minutos. Conclusión: La relación entre el test estresante y el APGAR normal del neonato es positiva y significativa en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital de Apoyo Coracora, Ayacucho 2024.

This study aims to identify the relationship between the results of the stressful test and the newborn’s APGAR score at the Coracora Support Hospital in the year 2024. Materials and Methods. The work is based on observational research that does not manipulate variables, falling within the quantitative framework with descriptive, retrospective, and cross-sectional intent. Sixty-three medical records of pregnant women who underwent stress testing (CST) were examined. All of them completed their pregnancies by vaginal delivery or cesarean section. The results arrived at are: 52.4% were between 20 and 29 years old; 58.7% were cohabiting; 44.4% had completed secondary education; 73.0% were homemakers; 90.5% had a gestational age between 38 and 42 weeks; 61.9% were multiparous; 60.3% presented with other pathologies; 85.7% had six or more prenatal checkups; 85.7% delivered vaginally; 88.9% had a negative stress test result; 93.7% had a normal Apgar score at one minute, and 100% had a normal score at five minutes. Conclusion: The relationship between the stress test and the normal APGAR score of the newborn is positive and significant in pregnant women treated at the Coracora Support Hospital, Ayacucho 2024.
