Estrés y satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras del centro quirúrgico en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, Lima – 2026

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tendrá como objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el estrés y la satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras del centro quirúrgico en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas– Lima 2026. Metodología: La investigación será cuantitativa y se empleará el método hipotético-deductivo, el tipo de investigación será aplicada, el diseño será no experimental, el corte será transversal y el nivel será correlacional, la población estará conformada por 60 enfermeras que trabajan en el centro quirúrgico del Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas en Lima. Para la recolección de datos se utilizarán dos instrumentos Cuestionario de The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) para medir el nivel de estrés y el Cuestionario de satisfacción laboral-SL. Ambos instrumentos tienen confiabilidad y validados en Perú, dichos instrumentos fueron utilizados para la realización de estudios, por otra parte, una vez recolectada la información, los datos serán procesados en el programa estadístico SPSS V26, se obtendrán tablas de frecuencia, tablas y/o gráficos; además, las hipótesis serán contrastadas con la Prueba Estadística de Correlación Rho de Spearman.

Objetive: Determine how the level of work stress is related to the job satisfaction of nurses at the surgical center of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases – Lima 2026. Methodology: The research will be quantitative and will employ the hypothetical-deductive method, the type of research will be applied, the design will be non-experimental, the cut will be cross-sectional and the level will be correlational, the population will consist of 60 nurses who work in the surgical center of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases in Lima. For data collection Two instruments will be used two instruments: The Nursing Stress Scale (NSS) Questionnaire to measure the level of stress and the job satisfaction questionnaire -SL. Both instruments are reliable and validated in Peru. These instruments were used to conduct studies. Furthermore, once the information was collected, the data will be processed in the SPSS V26 statistical program, and frequency tables, tables and/or graphs will be obtained; in addition, the hypotheses will be tested with the Spearman Rho Correlation Statistical Test.
