del total de 10 artículos analizados, el 70 % de los estudios demuestran que la fototerapia sola fue significativamente más eficaz en el tratamiento de la hiperbilirrubinemia, frente al uso de sulfato de zinc más fototerapia. El 30% restante mostro que no existe diferencia significativa entre una y otra intervención. Queda demostrado que la fototerapia seguirá siendo el tratamiento más eficaz en el tratamiento de la ictericia neonatal.
Resumen
Of the total of 10 articles analyzed, 70% of the studies demonstrate that phototherapy alone was significantly more effective in the treatment of hyperbilirubinemia, compared to the use of zinc sulfate plus phototherapy. The remaining 30% showed that there is no significant difference between one intervention and another. It is demonstrated that phototherapy will continue to be the most effective treatment in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
