Bienestar psicológico y violencia familiar en adolescentes de un centro educativo de Talavera – Andahuaylas 2024

Abstract

Se buscó establecer la correlación entre la violencia familiar y el bienestar psicológico en alumnos del nivel secundario del distrito de Talavera, Andahuaylas. Se empleó el método hipotético-deductivo, tipo básico, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. Dentro de esta investigación se aplicó el Cuestionario de Violencia Familiar (VIFA) y el Cuestionario de Bienestar Psicológico de Ryff a 130 estudiantes del nivel de educación secundaria, de ambos sexos. Se encontró que la violencia familiar se correlaciona de manera significativa negativa y débil con el bienestar psicológico (rho=-0.20; p=0.00<0.05). De modo que, un mayor grado de violencia familiar hacia los estudiantes conllevará un menor bienestar psicológico.

The objective of this study was to establish a correlation between domestic violence and psychological well-being in secondary school students in the Talavera district of Andahuaylas. A hypothetico-deductive, basic-level, correlational method was used, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. This study involved administering the Domestic Violence Questionnaire (VIFA) and Ryff's Psychological Well-being Questionnaire to 130 secondary school students of both sexes. It was found that domestic violence correlates significantly and weakly with psychological well-being (rho=-0.20; p=0.00<0.05). Therefore, higher levels of domestic violence toward students will lead to lower psychological well-being.
