Nivel de conocimiento y actitudes sobre la donación de sangre en los estudiantes de un centro educativo, Lima - 2025

Abstract

Este estudio buscó: Determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud hacia la donación de sangre en los estudiantes del nivel secundario del Centro Educativo Público “Enrique Milla Ochoa” en Lima – 2025. En este estudio se utilizó un método Hipotético deductivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, investigación de tipo aplicada, adoptando un diseño transversal correlacional no experimental, muestra de 126 estudiantes del quinto grado nivel secundario, se aplicaron 2 cuestionarios: los resultados muestran que, con un valor de 0,252, que indica una correlación positiva baja entre el conocimiento y la actitud hacia la donación de sangre, según la tabla de interpretación del coeficiente de correlación de Spearman. La correlación es estadísticamente significativa, ya que el valor de significancia bilateral es 0,004, menor que 0,05. Por tanto, se llegó a la conclusión que existe relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud hacia la donación de sangre en los estudiantes del nivel secundario del Centro Educativo Público “Enrique Milla Ochoa” en Lima – 2025.

This study sought to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude toward blood donation in secondary school students at the Enrique Milla Ochoa Public School in Lima, Peru. This study used a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, and applied research. It adopted a non-experimental correlational cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 126 fifth-grade secondary school students. Two questionnaires were applied. The results showed a value of 0.252, indicating a low positive correlation between knowledge and attitude toward blood donation, according to the Spearman correlation coefficient interpretation table. The correlation was statistically significant, as the two-sided significance value was 0.004, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude toward blood donation in secondary school students at the Enrique Milla Ochoa Public School in Lima, Peru.
