Flujo pico espiratorio y su relación con la calidad de vida de los trabajadores del mercado San José, Chorrillos - 2024

Abstract

El presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el flujo pico espiratorio y la calidad de vida en los trabajadores del Mercado San José de Chorrillos, 2024. La muestra está conformada por 80 trabajadores pertenecientes al rango etario de 18 a 50 años de edad. Los instrumentos a usar son el flujómetro y el cuestionario SF-36 para evaluar el flujo pico espiratorio y la calidad de vida respectivamente. El método del estudio es hipotético – deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicado, nivel correlacional y muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia. Para el análisis de datos se usará el programa SPSS versión 25 y para establecer el grado de asociación de las variables se usará el test de normalidad Kolmogorov Smirnov (KS) y luego la prueba de Coeficiente de Rho Spearman. Y finalmente, se realizará la interpretación de los resultados.

This research project aims to determine the relationship between peak expiratory flow and quality of life in the workers of the San José Market in Chorrillos, 2024.

The sample consists of 80 workers aged 18 to 50 years. The instruments used will be a peak flow meter to assess peak expiratory flow and the SF-36 questionnaire to evaluate quality of life.

The study follows a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, classified as applied research at a correlational level, using non-probabilistic convenience sampling.

For data analysis, the SPSS software (version 25) will be used. To determine the degree of association between variables, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) normality test will be applied, followed by the Spearman's Rho correlation test. Finally, the results will be interpreted.
