Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre los resultados del Test No Estresante en gestantes y el Test de Apgar neonatal en el centro Materno Infantil Piedra Liza, Rímac, enero-octubre 2023”. Material y Método: Es una investigación cuantitativa con diseño observacional y correlacional. Participaron 103 gestantes se aplicó la técnica del análisis documental y la ficha de recolección de datos como instrumento y el Programa SPSS v25. Resultados: Edad de 20-34 años en 79.651% de gestantes. El resultado del test no estresante fue reactivo en 90.3% y no reactivo en 9.7%, el Apgar neonatal del recién nacido fue normal al minuto en el 95.1%, pero tuvo depresión moderada el 4.9%. La prueba de correlación Chi cuadrado tuvo un valor p= 0.0001, inferior a 0.05 por lo que fue significativo, por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la alterna. Conclusión: Existe relación estadística significativa entre los resultados del Test No Estresante en gestantes y el Test de Apgar neonatal en recién nacidos del Centro Materno Infantil Piedra Liza, Rímac, 2023”.
Resumen
Objective: "To determine the relationship between the results of the Non-Stress Test in pregnant women and the neonatal Apgar Test at the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Center, Rímac, January October 2023." Material and Method: It is a quantitative research with an observational and correlational design. 103 pregnant women participated. The documentary analysis technique and the data collection form were applied as an instrument and the SPSS v25 Program. Results: Age 20-34 years in 79.651% of pregnant women. The result of the non-stress test was reactive in 90.3% and non-reactive in 9.7%, the neonatal Apgar of the newborn was normal at one minute in 95.1%, but 4.9% had moderate depression. The Chi square correlation test had a p value = 0.0001, less than 0.05, so it was significant, therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternate hypothesis was accepted. Conclusion: There is a significant statistical relationship between the results of the Non-Stress Test in pregnant women and the neonatal Apgar Test in newborns at the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Center, Rímac, 2023”.
