Relación del Test no estresante en gestantes y el test de Apgar neonatal, en el Centro materno infantil Piedra Liza, Rímac 2023

Abstract

Objetivo: “Determinar la relación que existe entre los resultados del Test No Estresante en gestantes y el Test de Apgar neonatal en el centro Materno Infantil Piedra Liza, Rímac, enero-octubre 2023”. Material y Método: Es una investigación cuantitativa con diseño observacional y correlacional. Participaron 103 gestantes se aplicó la técnica del análisis documental y la ficha de recolección de datos como instrumento y el Programa SPSS v25. Resultados: Edad de 20-34 años en 79.651% de gestantes. El resultado del test no estresante fue reactivo en 90.3% y no reactivo en 9.7%, el Apgar neonatal del recién nacido fue normal al minuto en el 95.1%, pero tuvo depresión moderada el 4.9%. La prueba de correlación Chi cuadrado tuvo un valor p= 0.0001, inferior a 0.05 por lo que fue significativo, por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la alterna. Conclusión: Existe relación estadística significativa entre los resultados del Test No Estresante en gestantes y el Test de Apgar neonatal en recién nacidos del Centro Materno Infantil Piedra Liza, Rímac, 2023”.

The Chi square correlation test had a p value = 0.0001, less than 0.05, so it was significant, therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the alternate hypothesis was accepted. Conclusion: There is a significant statistical relationship between the results of the Non-Stress Test in pregnant women and the neonatal Apgar Test in newborns at the Piedra Liza Maternal and Child Center, Rímac, 2023”.
