Estrés laboral y satisfacción laboral en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico de un hospital nacional, Jesús María – 2024

Abstract

La presente investigación titulado “Estrés Laboral y Satisfacción Laboral en el Personal de Enfermería de Centro Quirúrgico de un Hospital Nacional, Jesús María – 2024” tiene como objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el Estrés Laboral y la Satisfacción Laboral en el personal de enfermería de centro quirúrgico. Metodología: método hipotético-deductivo. Estudio cuantitativo-correlacional, transversal, no experimental. La población está conformada por licenciados y técnicos en enfermería dando un total de 93 personas. La técnica en ambas variables es la encuesta y los instrumentos utilizados son 02 cuestionarios: para la variable estrés laboral se usará el cuestionario de Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey (MBI - HSS), que abarca 3 dimensiones, que consta de 22 preguntas, validado mediante el análisis factorial según la medida de Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin con un valor de 0.886, con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0.885 Alfa de Cronbach, y para la variable Satisfacción Laboral se usará un cuestionario de la escala de satisfacción laboral (SL-SPC) de Palma, que consta de 27 preguntas, validado con Kaiser-Meyer Olkin con 0.852, con un coeficiente de confiabilidad de 0.891 Alfa de Cronbach. Al finalizar la recolección de información, los resultados se organizarán en la base de datos el software estadístico Microsoft excel y SPSS versión 26 para después concretar en tablas y gráficos. Para el análisis de datos, se implementarán pruebas de normalidad para evaluar si los datos siguen una distribución normal, permitiendo decidir la conveniencia de utilizar pruebas estadísticas paramétricas o no paramétricas para examinar la relación entre las dos variables del estudio.

This research titled “Work Stress and Job Satisfaction among Nursing Staff in the Surgical Center of a National Hospital, Jesús María – 2024” aims to determine the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction among nursing staff in the surgical center. Methodology: Hypothetical deductive method. Quantitative-correlational, cross-sectional, non-experimental study. The population consists of licensed nurses and nursing technicians, totaling 93 individuals. The technique used for both variables is the survey, and the instruments utilized are two questionnaires: for the work stress variable, the Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) will be used, which encompasses three dimensions and consists of 22 questions, validated through factor analysis using the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure with a value of 0.886 and a Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 0.885. For the job satisfaction variable, a questionnaire from the Job Satisfaction Scale (SL-SPC) by Palma will be used, consisting of 27 questions, validated with a Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin value of 0.852 and a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.891. At the end of data collection, the results will be organized in a database using statistical software Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26, followed by the creation of tables and graphs. For data analysis, normality tests will be implemented to assess whether the data follow a normal distribution, allowing for the decision on the appropriateness of using parametric or non-parametric statistical tests to examine the relationship between the two study variables.
