The workload and the health system have been evidenced more strongly during the pandemic worldwide; the deficit of professional personnel, biomedical equipment, infrastructure, personal protective equipment, insufficient, for working conditions. This study aims to establish the relationship between the workload and the quality of care of nurses at the Carlos Lanfranco la Hoz Hospital 2021 Methodology: a quantitative approach, descriptive, correlational design will be applied. The population consists of 100 nurses who work in the emergency service during the period of 2021. To measure the nurse's workload, the questionnaire created by Hart and Staveland (1988) modified by Gina Susanibar, the Kuder-Richarson 20 calculation method, reliability Kr 20 = 0.614; It consists of four dimensions and 68 items, and the variable of care will be the survey technique using the questionnaire quality of care created by López and Sifuentes, it is of the Likert type which had a high index of validity and reliability, it consists of three dimensions and 35 items. The data will be statistically processed with the Spearman coefficient and presented in tables and figures.

"La carga laboral y el sistema de salud se han evidenciado con mayor fuerza durante la pandemia a nivel mundial; el déficit de personal profesional, equipos biomédicos, infraestructura, equipos de protección individual, insuficientes, para las condiciones laborales. Este estudio tiene como Objetivo: establecer la relación de la carga laboral y la calidad del cuidado del enfermero en el Hospital Carlos Lanfranco la Hoz 2021 Metodología: será aplicado de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño, descriptivo, correlacionar. la población consta de 100 enfermeras que laboran en el servicio de emergencia durante el periodo de 2021 Para medir la carga laboral del enfermero se utilizará el cuestionario creada por Hart y Staveland (1988) modificado por Gina Susanibar, el método de cálculo Kuder-Richarson 20 , confiabilidad Kr 20= 0,614; consta de cuatro dimensiones y 68 ítems, y la variable del cuidado de atención se empleará la técnica de la encuesta mediante el cuestionario calidad del cuidado creada por López y Sifuentes es de tipo Likert la cual tuvo un alto índice de validez y confiabilidad, consta de tres dimensiones y 35 ítems. Los datos serán procesados estadísticamente con el coeficiente de Spearman y presentados en tablas y figuras."
