Resumen
As is also known, currently cardiovascular pathologies are very frequent and recurrent in a large part of the population due to being overweight, stress and other factors typical of the fast-paced world in which we live; also keep in mind that, to resolve these emergencies, there is a chain of survival, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes; Without timely, effective and quality care, detection and treatment, this patient may die and/or run a much higher risk of sequelae, reducing quality of life; Nursing staff must respond according to the knowledge and continuous training they must have. The objective of the research will be to establish the relationship between the knowledge in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation of the nursing staff and the professional competence of the nursing staff of the Emergency Service of the Anglo-American Clinic, in the first semester of 2023. In terms of methodology, the hypothetical-deductive method. It will be of quantitative approach of applied type of correlational level and non-experimental design.
Resumen
Como se sabe también, en la actualidad las patologías de índole cardiovascular son muy frecuentes y recurrentes en buena parte de la población debido al sobre peso, estrés y otros factores propios del mundo tan acelerado en el que se vive,; además tener en cuente que, para resolver estas emergencias se tiene la cadena de supervivencia, con una duración máxima de 4 minutos; sin una atención, detección y tratamiento oportunos, efectivos y de calidad, este paciente puede morir y/o correr un riesgo mucho mayor de secuelas, reduciendo la calidad de vida; el personal de enfermería debe responder de acuerdo con los conocimientos y la formación continua que debe tener. El objetivo de la investigación será establecer la relación entre el conocimiento en reanimación cardiopulmonar básica del personal de enfermería y la competencia profesional del personal de enfermería del Servicio de Emergencia de la Clínica Angloamericana, en el primer semestre del 2023. En cuanto a metodología seguirá el método hipotético – deductivo. Será de enfoque cuantitativo de tipo aplicada de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental.
