Resumen
Objective: "To establish the relationship of knowledge and practices of steam sterilization of the nursing staff of the sterilization center", the population will be made up of a total of 22 people, including nurses and technicians, who work in the Central Sterilization service the Vallesur Auna Clinic. Sample: This study will be carried out with the entire population. Methodological design: the hypothetical deductive method will be used for the research, the type of research will be applied, the approach will be quantitative, with a non-experimental design at a correlational level. Instruments: To evaluate the variable knowledge of steam sterilization, the instrument adapted by Ms. Marylu Villanueva Soplin will be used, which was subjected to a reliability test, whose result of its KR-20 was 0.757, which indicates strong reliability. . And to evaluate the variable Practices in the steam sterilization process, a checklist created by Mercedes Quispe Saavedra will be used, which was subjected to the Crombach's Alpha test, obtaining a value of 0.91, giving excellent reliability. The data collection techniques will be the survey and observation. Statistical processing and data analysis: A matrix will be created in Excel to be able to empty the data obtained, and the information will be transferred to the statistical program SPSS version 25.0, where the descriptive and inferential statistics will be carried out.
Resumen
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo “Establecer la relación del conocimiento y prácticas de esterilización a vapor del personal de enfermería de central de esterilización.” La población estará conformada por 22 personas, entre enfermeras y técnicos, que trabajan en el servicio de Central de Esterilización de la Clínica Vallesur Auna. Muestra: se tomará el total de la población. Diseño metodológico: se utilizará el método hipotético deductivo, el tipo de investigación será aplicada, el enfoque será cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de nivel correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable conocimientos de esterilización a vapor, se utilizará el instrumento adaptado por la Licenciada Marylu Villanueva Soplin, y para la evaluación de la variable Prácticas en el proceso de esterilización a vapor, se usará una lista de cotejo creada por la Licenciada Mercedes Quispe Saavedra. Las técnicas de recolección de datos serán la encuesta y la observación. Procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos: Se realizará una matriz en Excel para poder vaciar los datos obtenidos, después se trasladará la información al programa estadístico SPSS versión 25.0, donde se realizará las estadísticas descriptivas e inferenciales.
