Currently, many companies have focused on ensuring that their employees have the best possible work environment so that they are highly satisfied and can perform well at work. For this reason, the General Objective of this study is to determine the relationship between the organizational climate and the level of satisfaction of the nursing staff working in the emergency department of a hospital in Lima, 2023. Materials and Methods: The research is descriptive, quantitative and cross-sectional, which will allow obtaining results for the objectives. Population: a group of 80 nurses in the emergency department. In addition, surveys or questionnaires will be used to measure these variables. With due validation through the work of Zeballos in 2023, validation through the work of Zevallos in 2023, which led the instrument to be approved by expert judges with a KMO coefficient of 0.77 for the first variable and KMO of 0.88 for the second variable. In addition, the instruments reflect reliability by Cronbach's test of 0.902, indicating that the first variable is high and the second variable is low, respectively. Data processing will use statistical tables and graphs, and the results will be presented for analysis and discussion. A fit analysis will be performed which will establish the correlation of the variables by means of Spearman's Rho test.
Resumen
Objetivo general: Determinar cuál es la relación del clima organizacional con el nivel de satisfacción del personal de enfermería que labora en el servicio de emergencia en un Hospital de Lima, 2023. Materiales y Métodos: La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativa y de corte transversal, lo que permitirá obtener resultados para los objetivos. Población: un grupo de 80 enfermeras el servicio de emergencia. Además, se utilizarán encuestas o cuestionarios para medir estas variables. Con la debida validación por medio del trabajo de Zeballos en el año 2023, validación a través del trabajo de Zevallos en el año 2023, que llevó el instrumento a ser aprobado por jueces expertos con un coeficiente KMO de 0,77 para la primera variable y KMO de 0,88 para la segunda variable. Además, los instrumentos reflejan confiabilidad por medio de la prueba de Cronbach de 0,902, lo que indica que la primera variable es alta y la segunda variable es baja, respectivamente. El procesamiento de datos utilizará tablas y gráficos estadísticos, y los resultados se presentarán para análisis y discusión. Se realizará un análisis de adecuación el cual hará establecer la correlación de las variables por medio de la prueba Rho de Spearman.
