Satisfaction of the quality of care provided by the nurse to parents of children in the pediatric emergency department of the Angloamerican Clinic, Lima 2019.

Abstract

My research is quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional. The sample was 152 parents who were admitted with their youngest child to be treated in pediatric emergencies. results: 52.6% in the high level of satisfaction, medium level of satisfaction in the accessibility dimension, 40.8%, in terms of the dimension explains and facilitates 44.7%, and 19.7% low level satisfaction in the comfort dimension, in the dimension anticipates 48.0%, 14.5% low satisfaction in the trust relationship dimension, 12.5% ​​low level of the monitors and follows up dimension.
