My research is quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional. The sample was 152 parents who were admitted with their youngest child to be treated in pediatric emergencies. results: 52.6% in the high level of satisfaction, medium level of satisfaction in the accessibility dimension, 40.8%, in terms of the dimension explains and facilitates 44.7%, and 19.7% low level satisfaction in the comfort dimension, in the dimension anticipates 48.0%, 14.5% low satisfaction in the trust relationship dimension, 12.5% low level of the monitors and follows up dimension.
Resumen
Mi investigación es cuantitativa, descriptiva, de corte transversal. la muestra fue de 152 padres que ingresaron con su menor hijo para ser atendidos en emergencias pediátricas. resultados: 52.6 % en el nivel de satisfacción alto, nivel de satisfacción medio en la dimensión accesibilidad, 40.8%, en cuanto a la dimensión explica y facilita 44.7%, y un 19.7% satisfacción nivel bajo en la dimensión confort, en la dimensión se anticipa 48.0%, 14.5% satisfacción bajo en la dimensión relación de confianza, 12.5% nivel bajo de la dimensión monitorea y hace seguimiento.
