The objective of the research is to analyze the relationship between the workload and the quality of work life in the nursing staff in the operating room of the Arzobispo Loayza Lima 2023 National Hospital. The methodology will have a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, having a selected population of nurses belonging to the Hospital, under the pre-established inclusion criteria. As a technique, the survey was applied and in instruments, the CVP – 35 questionnaires for the workload variable and the CVL, for the second quality of work life variable. The results will be processed into tables and graphs that show the findings, indicating the levels in percentages and frequencies, incorporating descriptive and inferential analysis, supported by the Spearman correlation test.
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la relación de la carga laboral con la calidad de vida laboral en el personal de enfermería en sala de operaciones del Hospital Nacional Arzobispo Loayza Lima 2023. La metodología será de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel correlacional, teniendo una población seleccionada de enfermeros pertenecientes al Hospital, bajo los criterios de inclusión preestablecidos. Como técnica se aplicará la encuesta y en instrumentos, los cuestionarios de CVP – 35 para la variable de carga laboral y el CVL, para la segunda variable de calidad de vida laboral. Los resultados serán procesados en tablas y gráficos que muestran los hallazgos, indicando los niveles en porcentajes y frecuencias, incorporando en ellos el análisis descriptivos e inferenciales, mediante el sustento de la prueba de correlación de Spearman
