Resumen
Objective: Determine the relationship between level of knowledge and adherence to hand washing in nursing staff. The population will be comprised of 80 nursing professionals from the pediatric hospitalization service of the Alberto Sabogal Hologuren Hospital, which will serve as a sample. Methodological design: The type of research will be applied. The method will be hypothetical deductive. The design will be non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and correlational. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "Level of knowledge", the questionnaire validated by Tito will be applied in 2021 with a reliability of 0.7242 using Cronbach's Alpha and to evaluate the variable "Handwashing adherence" the questionnaire validated by Cóndor in 2019 with a reliability of 0.895 using Cronbach's Alpha. The data collection technique will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: Descriptive statistics will be used in order to evaluate frequencies of the variables and their respective dimensions.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre Nivel de conocimientos y la adherencia del lavado de manos en el personal de enfermería”. La población estará comprendida por 80 profesionales de enfermería del servicio de hospitalización pediátrica del Hospital Alberto Sabogal Hologuren, la misma que harán de muestra. Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. El método será hipotético deductivo. El diseño será no experimental, transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. Instrumentos: Para evaluar la variable “Nivel de conocimientos”, se aplicará el cuestionario validado por Tito en el año 2021 con una confiabilidad de 0.7242 mediante Alfa de Cronbach y para evaluar la variable “Adherencia del lavado de manos” se aplicará el cuestionario validado por Cóndor en el año 2019 con una confiabilidad de 0.895 mediante Alfa de Cronbach. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se utilizará la estadística descriptiva con el fin de evaluar frecuencias de las variables y sus respectivas dimensiones.
