Resumen
The objective of this study was to determine how the quality of nursing care influences the satisfaction of mothers in the burn unit of the Huánuco hospital 2022. Methodology; It adapts to the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative, descriptive, transversal and correlational approach. The sample will be made up of 60 mothers of patients and 12 nurses from the aforementioned hospital. The first variable: "Quality of nursing care" will be measured through a direct observation guide, aimed at verifying compliance with the activities carried out by the nursing professional, which was prepared by Huatuco in 2009 and revalidated by Cohaila in 2018, consists of 20 items with a Likert-type scale ranging from 1 (yes) to 2 (no); For the second variable, “Satisfaction of mothers”, it will be measured through a questionnaire, which was created by Arteaga in 2003 and revalidated by Cohaila in 2018. It consists of 24 items with a Likert-type scale ranging from 0 (never), 1 (sometimes) and 2 (always). The data will be entered into the Microsoft Excel program, then into the SPSS software for statistical analysis, and then expressed in frequency tables and graphs.
Resumen
El objetivo del presente estudio fue determinar cómo influye la calidad de atención de enfermería en la satisfacción de las madres en la unidad de quemados del hospital de Huánuco 2022. Metodología; se adapta al método hipotético deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. la muestra estará compuesta por 60 madres de pacientes y 12 enfermeras del nosocomio en mención. la primera variable: “Calidad de atención de enfermería” será medida a través de una guía de observación directa , destinada a verificar el cumplimiento de las actividades que realiza el Enfermería, la cual fue elaborada por Huatuco en el 2009 y revalidada por Cohaila en el 2018, consta de 20 ítems con una escala tipo Likert que va desde 1(si) hasta 2(no) ; para la segunda variable “Satisfacción de las madres” será medida a través de un cuestionario, la cual fue creada por Arteaga en 2003 y revalidada por Cohaila en el 2018, consta de 24 ítems con una escala tipo Likert que va desde el 0(nunca), 1(a veces) y 2(siempre). Los procesamientos de datos serán ingresados al programa Microsoft Excel, posteriormente al software de SPSS para el análisis estadístico, para luego ser expresados en tablas y gráficos de frecuencias.
