This research aims to: Determine the level of Knowledge about preventive measures for pneumonia in patients with mechanical ventilation and Practices of the nursing professional of a National Hospital, Lima, 2024. The methodology: hypothetical deductive method, non-experimental design, focus quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional; The population will consist of 50 nurses, the instruments that will be used for the research work will be a 12-question questionnaire and observation technique by Alca Montoya, Lizzet Emmily, which are already validated; The reliabilities of the two instruments were determined using the Kuder Richardson statistical tests (KR 20), with 0.93% the instrument is reliable. The collection of information will take approximately 40 minutes for each participant; tables and graphs will be used for analysis and interpretation. Likewise, to determine the relationship between the variables of the inferential statistics using the Spearman correlation test (Rho).
Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar como el nivel de Conocimiento sobre medidas preventivas de neumonía en pacientes con ventilación mecánica y Prácticas del profesional de enfermería de un Hospital Nacional, Lima, 2024. La metodología: método hipotético deductivo, diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal; la población estará constituida por 50 enfermeros, los instrumentos que se usaran para el trabajo de investigación serán un cuestionario de 12 preguntas y técnica de observación de Alca Montoya, Lizzet Emmily los cuales ya están validados; Las confiabilidades de los dos instrumentos se determinaron mediante las pruebas estadísticas de Kuder Richardson (KR 20), con 0.93% el instrumento es confiable. para la recolección de la información se tendrá una duración aproximada de 40 minutos, para cada participante, para el análisis e interpretación se harán uso de tablas, gráficos. asimismo, para determinar la relación entre las variables de la Se utilizará la estadística inferencial mediante la prueba de correlación de Spearman (Rho).
