Nursing knowledge and practice in the prevention of pressure ulcers provide a current overview of the problem that is recurrent in the area of intensive care, therefore there is a statistical department in each institution which carries out continuous monitoring, the objective will be to "Determine the relationship between knowledge and nursing practice in the prevention of pressure ulcers in intensive care at the Carlos Lanfranco la Hoz Hospital - 2022". Hypothetical, deductive method with a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional approach, 30 nursing professionals are presented, it has 2 validated instruments, the first with 4 dimensions which consists of 11 items with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.795 validated by Peruvian experts and the second with 2 dimensions which consists of 25 items in total with a Cronbach's Alpha of 0.75 which indicates high reliability, it was invented in Spain, and validated by clinical judgment of experts on the subject, in which it systematically reveals the risk assessment scale (EVRUPP), agreed upon by a team responsible for care and that is adapted to the needs of the care context of nursing professionals.
Resumen
El conocimiento y la práctica de enfermería en la prevención de ulceras por presión brindan un panorama actual de la problemática que es reincidente en el área de cuidados intensivos, por ello existe un departamento estadístico en cada institución la cual hace un seguimiento continuo, se buscará como objetivo, “Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento y la práctica de enfermería en la prevención de úlceras por presión en cuidados intensivos en el Hospital Carlos Lanfranco la Hoz – 2022”. Método hipotético, deductivo con enfoque cuantitativo, correlacional y con corte transversal, se presenta 30 Enfermería, cuenta con 2 instrumentos validados, la primera con 4 dimensiones la cual consta de 11 ítems con Alfa de Cron Bach de 0,795 validada por expertos peruanos y la segunda con 2 dimensiones la cual consta con 25 ítems en total con un Alfa de Cronbach de 0,75 la cual indica una confiabilidad alta, fue inventado en España, y validado por juicio clínico de expertos del tema, en la cual da a conocer sistemáticamente la escala, de valoración de riesgo, (EVRUPP), acordado por un equipo responsable de los cuidados y que se adapte a la necesidad del contexto asistencial de los profesionales, de, enfermería.
