Quality of care and level of patient satisfaction regarding the care of the nursing professional in the surgical center at the Sergio E. Bernales National Hospital, 2023

Abstract

The development of this research study has as Objective: Determine the relationship between quality of care and level of patient satisfaction regarding the care of the surgical center nursing professional at the Sergio E. Bernales National Hospital. Methodology: the study is a quantitative type, hypothetical and deductive method, relational design, applicative level, cross-sectional. Population: made up of 300 immediate post-operated patients in the operating room of the Sergio E. Bernales National Hospital; being an indefinite population, 169 patients will be taken as a sample. The data collection technique will be carried out through two Lickert scale-type questionnaires modified by Gloria Sepúlvera to evaluate the quality of care and Pacha Sara to evaluate the level of satisfaction, which will be applied to post-operated patients in the PACU unit prior informed consent. The statistical analysis performed will be descriptive applying the IBM-SPSS version 23.0 software.

El desarrollo de este estudio de investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de la atención y el nivel de satisfacción del paciente sobre el cuidado del profesional de enfermería de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Sergio E. Bernales; la Metodología: el presente estudio es de Enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético y deductivo, diseño relacional, nivel aplicativo, de corte transversal. Población: conformada por 300 pacientes post operados inmediatos; siendo una población indefinida se tomará como muestra a 169 pacientes. La técnica de recolección de datos se efectuará mediante dos cuestionarios tipo escala de Lickert modificado por Gloria Sepúlvera para evaluar la calidad de atención y Pacha Sara para evaluar el nivel de satisfacción, los cuales serán aplicados a los pacientes post operados en la unidad de URPA previo consentimiento informado. El análisis estadístico realizado será descriptivo aplicando el software IBM-SPSS versión 23,0
