Objectives: Determine the level of knowledge that nurses have about occupational health in a private clinic, 2020. Materials and Methods: Quantitative approach, following a descriptive and cross-sectional model. The result of the study will optimize the understanding of the degree of learning of nurses. The population in this study will consist of 20 nurses from a Private Clinic who meet inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument to be used will be a questionnaire with 14 questions, measuring them in two dimensions as follows: Occupational Risk and Occupational Risk. The data will be tabulated manually using the scores of the scale already determined according to the codes already assigned, then each questionnaire will be added and will statistically classify the result into three levels: Low (0-8pts), Medium (9-19pts) and High (20-28pts).
Resumen
Objetivos: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento que tienen las enfermeras sobre la salud ocupacional en una clínica privada, 2020. Materiales y Métodos: Enfoque cuantitativo, siguiendo modelo descriptivo y corte transversal. El resultado del estudio optimizará el entendimiento de cuál es el grado de aprendizaje de las enfermeras. La población en este estudio estará constituida por 20 enfermeras de una Clínica Privada que cumplan con criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El instrumento a utilizar será un cuestionario con 14 preguntas, midiéndolas en dos dimensiones de la siguiente manera: Riesgo Ocupacional y Riesgo laboral. Los datos serán tabulados de forma manual usando los puntajes de la escala ya determinada acorde a los códigos ya asignados, luego se sumará cada cuestionario y se clasificará estadísticamente el resultado en tres niveles: Bajo (0-8pts), Medio (9-19pts) y Alto (20-28pts).
