Resumen
Objective: Determine the relationship between the constructs of family functionality and therapeutic adherence in insured persons with a diagnosis of hypertension from CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega, Callao – 2021 Methodology: Quantitative approach study, descriptive scope - correlational, cross-sectional, design non-experimental and basic type. The population is made up of 537 patients with hypertension who attend the CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega, selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria established in the research, the sample was made up of 224 patients with hypertension. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used. The instruments will be a questionnaire called “Apgar” to measure family functionality and the “Morisky-Green test” to measure therapeutic adherence, this being a Likert-type scale, both have validity and reliability. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out in the months of November and December, in the chronic disease control nursing service. At the end of the information collection through the application of the instruments, the data will be processed based on the SPSS Version 25 program.
Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar la relación existente entre los constructos de funcionalidad familiar y adherencia terapéutica en los asegurados con diagnóstico de hipertensión del CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega, Callao – 2021 Metodología: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo - correlacional, de corte transversal, de diseño no experimental y de tipo básica. La población está constituida por 537 pacientes con hipertensión que acuden al CAP III Luis Negreiros Vega, seleccionados de acuerdo a criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteados en la investigación, la muestra estuvo compuesta por 224 pacientes con hipertensión. Técnicas e Instrumentos de recolección de datos: Se empleará la técnica de la encuesta. Los instrumentos serán un cuestionario denominado “Apgar” para medir la funcionalidad familiar y el “test de Morisky-Green” para medir la adherencia terapéutica siendo esta de escala tipo Likert, ambos cuentan con validez y confiabilidad. Procedimientos: La recolección de datos se realizará en los meses de noviembre y diciembre, en el servicio de enfermería de control de enfermedades crónicas. Al término de la recolección de información a través de la aplicación de los instrumentos, se procesarán los datos a una base del programa SPSS Versión 25.
