Resumen
The objective will be "To determine how ergonomic risks are related to musculoskeletal disorders in Nursing Professionals in the Sterilization Center." The method employed for this study will be a quantitative, hypothetical-deductive, applied, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional study. The sample size will consist of 80 nursing professionals working in the Sterilization Center of an Oncological Clinic in Central Lima. A validated questionnaire with a certain level of reliability for both variables will be applied to them. The results will be processed using SPSS V28 in two stages: first, descriptive statistics will be used to conduct a respective analysis, expressing frequencies in tables and graphs in histograms. Second, inferential statistics will be applied to test the proposed hypotheses. Initially, a normality test will be performed to identify whether the data distribution is normal or non-normal. If the data are non-normal, Spearman's Rho will be used, while Pearson's test will be employed for normally distributed data.
