Level of knowledge about preventive measures against natural disasters and the practice of the people of a community of Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2024

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: Determine how the level of knowledge about preventive measures against natural disasters is related to the practice of the residents of a community in Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho, 2024. METHODOLOGY: Carried out through the quantitative and hypothetical, deductive approach. Likewise, the design is based on observational and correlational, obtaining a sample of 80 residents. A measurement tool developed by Job (2021) is applied to measure knowledge about prevention measures against natural disasters, therefore the method used was the survey, and a questionnaire was used for the instrument, which is very reliable. due to validation by expert evaluators, since it was analyzed using the Hernández-Nieto content validity factor, with an average of 0.8186, but for practice an observation guide will be used, which will be determined by 3 expert judges, reliable With a Kurder Richardson statistical test, it should be noted that the average obtained is 0.81. In data processing and analysis; After collecting the information, the data will be prepared in Excel format, for which the statistical package SPSS version 26.0 will be implemented and the aforementioned results will be reported in the form of a table, with their corresponding graphs, statistical tests will be carried out in which the Pearson Test since this will help us to test the proposed hypotheses and see if there is a significant relationship.

OBJETIVO: Determinar como el nivel de conocimiento sobre las medidas preventivas ante desastres naturales se relaciona con la práctica de los pobladores de una comunidad de Lima, San Juan de Lurigancho,2024. METODOLOGIA: Realizado mediante el enfoque cuantitativo e hipotético, deductivo. De igual forma el diseño se basa en observacional y correlacional, obteniendo una muestra de 80 pobladores. Se aplica una herramienta de medición desarrollada por Job (2021) para realizar la medida del conocimiento sobre las medidas de prevención ante desastres naturales, por consiguiente el método utilizado fue la encuesta, y para el instrumento se empleó un cuestionario, el cual es muy confiable debido a la validación por evaluadores expertos, ya que fue analizado mediante el factor de validez de contenido de Hernández-Nieto, con un promedio de 0.8186, pero para la práctica se empleará una guía de observación, que será determinada por 3 jueces expertos, confiable con una prueba estadística de Kurder Richardson, cabe resaltar que el promedio obtenido es 0.81. En el Procesamiento y análisis de datos; después de recopilar la información, se prepararán los datos en formato Excel, para lo cual se implementará el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 26.0 y se reportarán los resultados mencionados en forma de tabla, con sus correspondientes gráficos, se realizará pruebas estadísticas en el cual se utilizará la Prueba de Pearson ya que esto nos ayudará para probar las hipótesis planteadas y ver si existe una relación significativa.
