Relationship between the level of knowledge of the patient's rights and duties and the quality of dental care in patients of second specialties at the Norbert Wiener Private University 2023

Abstract

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge of patients' rights and duties and the quality of dental care in patients of second specialties at the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener in 2023. Methodology: non-experimental, quantitative, cross-sectional, and correlational. The results showed that 68.7% of the patients had knowledge of their rights and duties, while 64.7% reported receiving quality dental care. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the variables of knowledge of patients' rights and the quality of dental care in patients of second specialties at the Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener in 2023.

El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento de derechos y deberes del paciente y la calidad de la atención odontológica en pacientes de segundas especialidades de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener 2023. Metodología: no experimental, cuantitativo, transversal y correlacional. Los resultados obtenidos conocimiento sobre derechos y deberes de los pacientes se encontró el 68.7% en cuanto la calidad de atención odontológica en pacientes se encontró que el 64.7%. Concluyendo que existe relación entre las variables entre el conocimiento de derechos del paciente y la calidad de atención odontológica en pacientes de segundas especialidades de la Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener 2023.
