Resumen
Objective: "To determine how knowledge is related to the intervention of the nursing professional in the initial management of polytraumatized patients in the emergency department". Methodology: the study will be quantitative, the method to be used will be hypothetical-deductive, cross-sectional. Correlational design. Population: 80 nursing graduates. Instruments: a questionnaire designed by Tarazona in 2019, consisting of 30 items, validated by pilot test and reliability of KR20 = 0.94, will be applied to assess the knowledge of the staff. For the variable "nursing professional intervention" an observation guide composed of 36 items would be used, which was validated by expert judgment and binomial test (p<0.05) in 2018. Data collection will be done by survey technique and observation. Data processing and analysis will be performed through statistical analysis and descriptive techniques that will allow expressing the results in percentages, inferential statistics (Spearman's Rho Correlation) will allow establishing the existing correlation between variables.
Resumen
Objetivo: “Determinar como el conocimiento se relaciona con la intervención del profesional de enfermería en el manejo inicial de pacientes politraumatizados por accidente de tránsito en el servicio de emergencia.” Metodología: el estudio será de tipo cuantitativo, el método por utilizar será hipotético-deductivo, de corte transversal. El diseño correlacional. Población 80 licenciados (as) en enfermería. Instrumentos: se aplicará para evaluar el conocimiento del personal un cuestionario diseñado por Tarazona en el año 2019, el cual consta de 30 ítems, validado por prueba piloto y confiabilidad de KR20 = 0.94. Para la variable “intervención del profesional de enfermería” se utilizaría una guía de observación compuesta por 36 ítems, la cual fue validada mediante juicio de experto y prueba binomial (p <0.05) en el año 2018. La recolección de datos se realizará mediante la técnica de la encuesta y la observación. El procesamiento y análisis de datos se realizará a través de análisis estadísticos y técnicas descriptivas que permitirán expresar en porcentajes los resultados, la estadística inferencial (Correlación Rho de Spearman) permitirá establecer la correlación existente entre las variables.
