Objective: To determine the relationship between Work Overload and Psychological Well-being in nursing professionals in the emergency service of a hospital in Lima, 2021. Material and method: The research responds to the Hypothetical-Deductive method, has a quantitative approach, will be worked with applied logic and with an observational design. The population is made up of 50 Nursing professionals, due to the number a non-probabilistic-census sampling will be used. The survey technique will be used with 02 questionnaires as instruments corresponding to each variable, work overload and psychological well-being. At the end of the application of the instruments, they will be analyzed in Microsoft Excel 2020 and then all the data will be analyzed thoroughly in the SPSS 25.0 software, obtaining frequency tables and bar figures. 2 statistical analyzes will be used; First, the descriptive one that will only present the results according to levels and second, the inferential one that will be done through Spearman's Rho that will measure the degree of relationship between the study variables and verify the hypotheses raised.
Resumen
"Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la Sobrecarga Laboral y el Bienestar Psicológico en Enfermería del servicio de emergencia de un hospital de Lima, 2021 Material y método: la investigación responde al método Hipotético-Deductivo, tiene enfoque cuantitativo, se trabajará con una lógica aplicada y con diseño observacional. La población lo constituyen 50 Enfermería, por el número se utilizará un muestreo no probabilístico-censal. Se utilizará la técnica de la encuesta con 02 cuestionarios como instrumentos correspondientes a cada variable, sobrecarga laboral y bienestar psicológico. Al culminar la aplicación de los instrumentos se analizarán en el Microsoft Excel 2020 y luego todos los datos se analizarán de manera minuciosa en el software SPSS 25.0, obteniéndose tablas de frecuencia y figuras en barras. Se hará uso de 2 análisis estadísticos; primero la descriptiva que solo presentará los resultados según niveles y segundo la inferencial que se hará a través del Rho de Spearman que medirá el grado de relación entre las variables de estudio y comprobar las hipótesis planteadas."
