Aim. It will be determined the level of compliance on handling and storage conditions of sterile material of the operating room nurses of a National Hospital from January to March 2021. Material and methods. This research will have a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive methodological design. The population will be made up of 68 nurses who work in the operating room of a National Hospital, who will meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in the research. One of the inclusion criteria is that they are working for at least 3 months in the operating room. operations. The technique that will be used is the survey, easy to use and evaluate, which will allow us to collect safe, optimal and effective data. The instrument that will help us collect data will be a questionnaire that consists of 40 statements, with a validity and reliability of 84% and 91% respectively; This questionnaire is grouped into 4 dimensions, with an evaluation scale from 0 to 100, where the high score is 80 -100, medium score 50 - 79 and low score 0 - 49. The data obtained will be tabulated and statistically processed, applying the Excel statistical package.
Resumen
Objetivo. Será determinar el nivel de cumplimiento sobre manipulación y condiciones de almacenamiento de material estéril de las enfermeras de sala de operaciones de un Hospital Nacional de Enero a Marzo de 2021. Material y métodos. La presente investigación será de enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño metodológico descriptivo de corte trasversal. La población estará conformada por 68 enfermeras que trabajen en sala de operaciones de un Hospital Nacional, las cuales cumplirán los criterios de inclusión y exclusión planteadas en la investigación, uno de los criterios de inclusión es que estén trabajando por lo menos 3 meses en sala de operaciones. La técnica que se usará es la encuesta, de fácil manejo y valoración, que nos permitirá una recolección segura, óptima y eficaz de los datos. El instrumento que nos ayudará a la recolección de datos será un cuestionario que consta de 40 enunciados, con una validez y confiabilidad de 84% y 91% respectivamente; este cuestionario está agrupado en 4 dimensiones, con una escala de evaluación de 0 a 100, donde la puntuación alta es 80 -100, puntación media 50 – 79 y puntuación baja 0 – 49. Los datos obtenidos serán tabulados y procesados estadísticamente, aplicando el paquete estadístico de Excel.
