Introduction: User satisfaction is an indicator of the quality of care that users are receiving from health services; therefore, identifying satisfaction levels allows problems to be improved and strengths to be further strengthened. in order to provide quality care. Objective: “To determine the relationship that exists between the quality of care and the satisfaction of the family member in the hospitalization of the patient with childhood leukemia in the Pediatrics service of a hospital, 2024.” Methods: The hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach, nonexperimental design and correlational level were considered. A sample of 80 relatives of patients with leukemia treated in the pediatric service was considered, to whom the questionnaire will be applied in order to know their perception. Regarding quality of nursing care and satisfaction, the CARE-Q and the PSQ-18 have proven validity and in relation to reliability, the CARE-Q instrument has a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.900 and the PSQ18 instrument has an Alpha coefficient of 0.900. Cronbach of 0.900. The results will be analyzed through the use of the SPSS v26 statistical program, as well as presented through frequency tables and bar graphs, subsequently the findings will be discussed by comparing the results obtained with previous studies and theories.

“Determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de atención y la satisfacción del familiar en la hospitalización del paciente con leucemia infantil en el servicio de Pediatría de un Hospital, 2023”. Métodos: Se consideró el método hipotético-deductivo, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional, se consideró una muestra de 80 familiares de pacientes con leucemia atendidos en el servicio de pediatría a quienes se aplicará el cuestionario con la finalidad de conocer su percepción respecto a la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción, el CARE-Q y el PSQ-18 cuentan con validez comprobada y en relación a la confiabilidad para el instrumento CARE-Q tiene un coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,900 y el instrumento PSQ-18 tiene un coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach de 0,900. Los resultados se analizarán a través del uso del programa estadístico SPSS v26, así como se presentarán a través de tablas de frecuencia y gráficos de barra, posteriormente se discutirán los hallazgos a través de comparar los resultados obtenidos con los estudios previos y las teorías."
