Resumen
A large portion of family members still lack knowledge about the impacts derived from caregiving under conditions of overload. Likewise, this study takes a novel approach by focusing on the cause-and-effect relationship of this issue and serves as a valuable precedent for future research. In this way, it helps to identify early those factors that may be influencing poor adherence to treatment in this type of patient.
Resumen
Una gran parte de familiares aún carecen de conocimiento acerca de los impactos derivados del cuidado en condiciones de sobrecarga. Asimismo, este trabajo adopta una perspectiva novedosa al centrarse en la relación causa-efecto de esta problemática, y se posiciona como un precedente útil para investigaciones futuras, ayudándonos de esta forma a identificar de forma temprana aquellos factores que puedan estar influyendo con una mala adherencia al tratamiento en este tipo de pacientes.
