Resumen
It is a basic, descriptive, cross-sectional, observational, quantitative, and non-experimental research, whose objective is to describe the level of knowledge about self-care of post-operative cesarean patients at La Caleta Hospital during the period of October - December 2021. The population will consist of 120 patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection technique will be through a survey, and the instrument to be used is a questionnaire that has been previously validated by Rebaza Zavaleta C.T, in his study titled “Educational program for nursing care of surgical patients in the self-care level of pregnant women scheduled for cesarean.” The questionnaire contains 15 single-option questions that allow determining the level of self-care knowledge of the patients; it will be conducted within a 30-minute period. The instrument was validated by 3 experts and has a reliability of 0.805 using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results obtained will be illustrated in diagrams and tables. The present research will respect the basic bioethical principles of research: respect for persons, the principle of beneficence, the principle of non-maleficence, the principle of justice, and the principle of autonomy.
Resumen
Es una investigación básica, descriptiva, transversal, observacional, cuantitativa y no experimental, cuyo objetivo es describir el nivel de conocimientos sobre autocuidado de la paciente post-operada de cesárea en el Hospital La Caleta en el periodo octubre – diciembre 2021. La población estará constituida por 120 pacientes que cumplan los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. La técnica de recolección de datos será mediante una encuesta, y el instrumento a emplearse es un cuestionario que ha sido previamente validado por Rebaza Zavaleta C.T, en su estudio titulado “Programa educativo cuidados de enfermería del paciente quirúrgico en el nivel de autocuidado de gestantes programadas para cesárea”. El cuestionario contiene 15 preguntas de opción única y que permiten determinar el nivel de conocimientos de autocuidado de las pacientes; Se realizará en un tiempo de 30 minutos. el instrumento fue validado por 3 expertos y la confiabilidad de 0,805 mediante el coeficiente Alpha de Cronbach. Se analizará mediante estadística descriptiva y con estadística inferencial. Los resultados obtenidos se ilustrarán en diagramas y tablas. En la presente investigación se respetarán los principios bioéticos básicos de la investigación: respeto a las personas, principio de beneficencia, principio de no maleficencia, principio de justicia, principio de autonomía.
