Determine how the level of work overload and professional performance influence the nursing staff in the COVID-19 area of the Chincha Hospital Methodology: The type of research will be applied, the proposed approach is quantitative, and the outlined design will be observational, cross section Population and Sample: The population addressed corresponds to 80 health professionals from the COVID-19 area, for whom the corresponding non-probabilistic sample has been used. The corresponding instruments will be applied to this sample in the period from April 2022. Technique and Instruments: The technique to be applied will be the survey and the instruments to be applied correspond to the work overload and professional performance questionnaire, which are applied exclusively to the population. with health professionals in the COVID-19 area, which have a Cronbach's Alpha reliability equivalent to 0.83 and 0.82 respectively. Data processing and analysis: The data will be recorded in an Excel template for classification and control, being processed, and the existing relationship between the variables treated in the research will be established, and the data will be processed statistically in SPSS to count the study. with qualitative variables.
Resumen
Determinar cómo influye el nivel de sobrecarga laboral y el rendimiento profesional en el personal de enfermería del área COVID-19 del Hospital de Chincha Metodología: El tipo de investigación será la aplicada, el enfoque propuesto es cuantitativo, y el diseño esbozado será observacional, de corte transversal Población y Muestra: La población abordada corresponde a 80 profesionales de la salud del área de COVID – 19, al que se le ha utilizado la muestra no probabilístico correspondiente. A dicha muestra se le aplicará los instrumentos correspondientes en periodo comprendido del abril del 2022. Técnica e Instrumentos: La técnica a aplicarse será la encuesta y los instrumentos a aplicar corresponden al cuestionario de sobrecarga laboral y rendimiento profesional, los que son aplicados exclusivamente en población con los profesionales de la salud del área de COVID - 19, los mismos que cuentan con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach equivalente a 0,83 y 0,82 respectivamente. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: La data será consignada en una plantilla Excel para su clasificación y control, siendo procesada, y se establecerá la relación existente entre las variables tratadas en la investigación, y se procesará los datos estadísticamente en el SPSS por contar el estudio con variables cualitativas.
