Resumen
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the nursing care provided and patient satisfaction in the Gastroenterology service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital, Lima 2023. The study was quantitative, observational, cross-sectional, correlational. The sample consisted of 133 patients. The instrument that was applied for data collection was the questionnaire and observation. The research concluded that the nursing care provided is related to patient satisfaction in the Gastroenterology service of the Hipólito Unanue National Hospital.
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre los cuidados de enfermería y satisfacción de los pacientes en el servicio de Gastroenterología del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, Lima 2023. El estudio fue cuantitativo, observacional, transversal, correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 133 pacientes. El instrumento que se aplicó para la recolección de datos fue el cuestionario y la observación. La investigación concluyó que los cuidados de enfermería brindados se relacionan con satisfacción de los pacientes en el servicio de Gastroenterología del Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue
