Cholelithiasis, also known as biliary lithiasis, is a condition of the gallbladder that affects 10- 15% of adults, more common in Western countries, America and North America and more common in women. About 80% of patients are asymptomatic, while the rest develop biliary colic and complications. OBJECTIVE: To determine how the quality of nursing care is related to the satisfaction of postoperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in a private clinic in Lima, 2023. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A quantitative, non-experimental, correlational and cross-sectional analysis will be carried out. Using the population of ninety patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. The two variables will be measured using a questionnaire, instruments adapted from Villanueva's work, which was conducted nationally in 2022, using the statistical test Pearson correlation coefficients were 0.792 and 0.692. Reliability was demonstrated by values of 0.9 and 0.78 for each instrument, respectively. The data will be processed in a database and presented in the form of tables and graphs using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. In addition, they will be analyzed and interpreted using tables and graphs showing relative frequencies.
Resumen
La colelitiasis, también conocida como litiasis biliar, es una afección de la vesícula biliar que afecta entre el 10 y el 15 % de los adultos, más común en los países occidentales, América y Norteamérica y más común en las mujeres. Alrededor del 80% de los pacientes son asintomáticos, mientras que el resto desarrolla cólicos biliares y complicaciones. OBJETIVO: Determinar cómo se relaciona la calidad del cuidado de enfermería con la satisfacción de pacientes post operados de colecistectomía laparoscopia en una Clínica Privada de Lima, 2023. MATERIALES Y MÉTODOS: Se llevará a cabo un análisis cuantitativo, no experimental, correlacional y transversal. Utilizando la población de noventa pacientes después de una colecistectomía laparoscópica.
