Effectiveness of educational intervention on knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding in first-time mothers

Abstract

The 10 scientific articles were systematically analyzed with the research related to the prenatal education intervention for the benefit of improving the initiation of exclusive breastfeeding for first-time mothers in relation to women who already breastfed exclusively at three or six months. while women who have problems do not achieve complete breastfeeding, so they need help to start breastfeeding, on the other hand, education for mothers to change their attitude and start exclusive breastfeeding for the benefits of their babies, as well It is beneficial to mothers with twins who were educated to have good breastfeeding technique, while future mothers also have knowledge and positive attitudes for exclusive breastfeeding in the future, likewise, communication through cell phones is an important means today to educate to mothers for the benefit of breastfeeding, finally the culture of mothers who received education were beneficial in both groups. Therefore, the effectiveness of the educational intervention on the knowledge of exclusive breastfeeding in first-time mothers taught by nursing professionals to mothers who begin exclusive breastfeeding for the first time and the use of demonstrative educational techniques are a tool fundamental in education to avoid illnesses in their babies in the future.

Los 10 artículos científicos fueron analizados sistemáticamente con las investigaciones teniendo relación con la intervención educación prenatal en beneficio para mejorar el inicio de la lactancia materna exclusiva a las madres primerizas en relación a las mujeres que ya dieron lactancia materna exclusivamente a los tres o seis meses ,mientras que las mujeres que tienen problemas no logran la lactancia completa, por lo que necesita ayuda para iniciar la lactancia materna, por otro lado la educación a las madres para cambien de actitud e iniciar la lactancia materna exclusiva en beneficios de sus bebes, así mismo es beneficioso a las madres con gemelos que se educaron para tener buena técnica de amantamiento,mientras que las futuras madres también tienen conocimiento y actitudes positivas para la lactancia materna exclusiva en el futuro, así mismo las comunicación por medio del celular es un medio importante hoy en día para educar a las madres en beneficio de la lactancia materna, finalmente la cultura de las madres que recibieron educación fueron beneficiosas en ambos grupos. Por lo tanto, la efectividad de la intervención educativa sobre los conocimientos de la lactancia materna exclusiva en las madres primerizas impartida por los profesionales de enfermería a las madres que inician por primera vez la lactancia materna exclusiva y la utilización de técnicas educativas demostrativas son una herramienta fundamental en la educación para evitar las enfermedades de sus bebes en el futuro.
