The general objective was to determine the existence of differences in the perception of teleconsultation from the perspective of the external user in two health care models in South Lima, Peru 2022. Materials and methods: The method used in this research is the hypotheticaldeductive, quantitative approach; the type of research is applied. The design is non-experimental, cross-sectional and descriptive-comparative. The population corresponds to subjects living in southern Lima, the sample studied was 300 subjects divided into two groups, 150 in the APP and 150 in MINSA. A survey with 31 questions divided into nine dimensions was used for data collection; it was validated by expert judgment and Cronbach’s alpha was used with a pilot of 15 surveys to assess reliability; the Mann-Whitney U test was used for statistical analysis. Results: The results for descriptive statistics are presented in whole numbers and percentages, in tables and figures; both establishments and the cumulative total are compared. When applying the Mann-Whitney U test, the alternative hypothesis was accepted, finding that there is no significant statistic between the APP and MINSA where p<0.438 (p>0.05). Conclusions: There is no statistically significant difference when comparing both PPP vs MINSA care models, when comparing the general objective. But significant differences are found in most of the dimensions.
