The clinical question was: What is the influence of physical activity on the health status of pediatric patients with leukemia in the maintenance phase or at the end of their antineoplastic treatment? The Evidence-Based Nutrition (NUBE) methodology was used. The information search was carried out in the PUMED, HINARI and SCIENCEDIRECT search engines. 92 articles were found, 10 articles were selected that have been evaluated by the CASPE critical reading tool in which the randomized clinical trial titled: An experimental training program integrated with training to promote physical activity and reduce fatigue among children with cancer: a randomized controlled trial, which has a level of evidence 1 and a strong grade of recommendation, according to the researcher's criteria. The critical commentary allowed us to conclude that the integrated experimental learning program was effective in promoting physical activity, reducing cancer-related fatigue, improving muscle strength, quality of life, and improving children's physical activity self-efficacy. with cancer.
