Publicación Acceso abierto El uso de TIC y la percepción del grado de utilidad en los procesos de enseñanza en el Colegio Ciudad ee Bogotá – Colombia en el año 2014(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2016) Ortiz González, Jhon Jarby; Aspiros Bermúdez, JannetGiven the international policies set forth in the Action Plans on the Information Society (eLAC2007, eLAC2010 and eLAC2015), Goals 2021 (OEI-ECLAC, 2010), Goals 2021 of the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI) And the national policies of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) of Colombia To incorporate the use of ICT as Transversal axis to strengthen teaching and learning processes at all levels of education (plan decenal 2006-2015), The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between the use of ICT And the perception of utility in the teaching processes In teachers of the district school Ciudad de Bogotá-Colombia, year 2014. It was a research with a quantitative, non-experimental correlation, transectional cut, the information was collected through the survey technique, the questionnaire was applied in a sample of 32 teachers of the Bogota-Colombia District School, in 2014, considers 38 items, with a Likert scale. Regarding the use of ICT, it was possible to establish that 56% of teachers sometimes use Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in their subjects, 26% most times and 6% all times and 12% rarely use them, on the other hand, and with respect to the degree of perception, it was found that 38% of teachers all times perceive useful to use ICT in their subjects, 32% most times and 21% sometimes; 9% rarely. A value of 0.62 was obtained in the Pearson coefficient, which means that there is a moderately positive relationship between the use of ICT and the perception of utility in teaching processes in teachers, which means that teachers who use ICT in their subjects observe that they help in the process of teaching their subjects.
