Publicación Acceso abierto El informe pericial de autenticidad de firmas y su relación con delitos de falsificación de documentos en expedientes judiciales en la corte superior de Justicia de Lima, sede comerciales 2017-2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-03-08) Achaya Cusihuallpa, Yuri Maurice; Jáuregui Montero, José AntonioThe main objective of the investigation was to determine the relationship of the expert report on the authenticity of signatures with the crime of falsification of documents in judicial files in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima Commercial Headquarters, 2017-2019. Regarding the methodology, the study was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational. Likewise, the sample consisted of 18 judicial records of crimes of falsification of documents in the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, in the period 2017-2019, to collect the information, the observation technique was used, for which two lists of collation or check and to answer the objectives and hypotheses, the Spearman's Rho correlation statistic was used. The results showed that the expert signature authenticity report is not significantly related to the crime of falsifying documents (p = 0.668, Rho = -0.108). In addition, the general characteristics (p = 0.353 5, Rho = -0.233), the samples under study (p = 0.556 5, Rho = 0.149), the graphotechnical analysis of signatures (p = 0.799 5, Rho = -0.064) and the final evaluations of the expert signature authenticity report (p = 0.269 5, Rho = 0.275), are not significantly related to the crime of falsification of documents In conclusion, the expert report on the authenticity of signatures is not significantly related to the crime of falsifying documents in judicial files of the Lima Superior Court of Justice, 2017-2019.
