    Adaptación de las competencias docentes en un escenario de cambio curricular

    The research explores the adaptation of teaching competencies in response to a curricular change at the School of Nursing of the National University of Amazonas. The main objective was to evaluate the pedagogical adaptations implemented by the faculty to adjust to a competency-based curriculum. Ten in-depth interviews were conducted with the faculty, processed using Atlas Ti version 24 software. The results indicate that although the faculty demonstrate adaptability and commitment, they face significant challenges due to the lack of training, organization, and institutional support. Despite these difficulties, they have adopted new pedagogical techniques and adjusted evaluation and tutoring methods. The evaluation of attitudinal competencies remains complex. The research highlights the importance of continuous training and institutional commitment for the success of the competency-based approach. Additionally, it underscores the need for greater faculty training and organizational strategies to facilitate this adaptation process. The main conclusion emphasizes that although significant pedagogical adaptations have been made, the lack of robust institutional commitment and adequate training limits the effectiveness of these adaptations, particularly in competency evaluation. A continuous training program for faculty is proposed, focusing on the development of pedagogical, methodological, and evaluative competencies.
