Materials and Methods: Quantitative, applied study with a correlational scope and non experimental cross-sectional design. The population included 150 parents of newborns hospitalized between January and April 2025. A sample of 109 participants was selected through simple random probabilistic sampling. Structured and validated questionnaires were applied, showing high internal consistency (α = 0.91 for both instruments). Each dimension of the variables presented Cronbach’s alpha values above 0.80, demonstrating reliability and homogeneity among items. Results: A positive and moderate correlation was found between nursing staff responsiveness and parental satisfaction (Rho = 0.588; p = 0.000). The dimensions with the highest correlations were clear communication (Rho = 0.443), choice (Rho = 0.563), and quality of basic services (Rho = 0.486). Autonomy (Rho = 0.390), confidentiality (Rho = 0.280), and promptness of care (Rho = 0.302) showed low positive correlations, while dignity did not present a significant relationship (Rho = 0.148; p = 0.124). Conclusions: Nursing staff responsiveness is significantly associated with parental satisfaction, highlighting the importance of empathetic communication, active parental participation, and efficient care as key determinants of the parental experience in neonatology. N° 147 Mayor EP Luis Alberto García Rojas, Lima 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-28) Venegas Mejia, Clotilde Paula; Diaz del Olmo Morey, Fernando LuisThe main purpose of this research to obtain the Master's degree in Public Health at Norbert Wiener University was to determine the effect of applying the cleaning strategy based on the chewing of red and green apples on the lingual cover in teenagers aged 15 to 17 years in IE. No. 147 Major EP. Luis Alberto García Rojas from San Juan de Lurigancho-Lima, in 2018. The study of applied type and experimental level, used an experimental design with pre-test and post-test and control group to test the hypotheses in a sample consisting of 30 students from the experimental group and 15 from the control group randomly assigned among a population of adolescent students from the fourth and fifth grade of Secondary Education of the mentioned educational institution. For the data collection regarding the dependent variable, a structured lingual cover observation guide was used based on the Winkel index that presents standardized values. As a result of the quantitative measurement before treatment, it was found that both groups (experimental and of control) presented averages of 10.83 points in the Winkel index in the case of the experimental group and 10.87 points in the case of the control group. After treatment, the average onset located in the severe cover segment went to 3.03 points on the fifth day of consumption, while in the case of the control group on the fifth day it registered 11.13 points. This difference in figures in the treatment group already indicates its efficacy, which was confirmed by finding a significant difference between averages in the first group, according to the statistical values of the hypothesis tests with the aid of the t Student parametric-test and considering a significance level of 0.05.Publicación Acceso abierto Factores asociados a anemia ferropénica en niños de 6 a 36 meses atendidos en un Centro Materno Infantil, Rímac – Lima, 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-09-27) Gutierrez Peña, Rosario Isabel; Diaz del Olmo Morey, Fernando LuisObjective: To determine the factors associated with iron deficiency anemia in children from 6 to 36 months attended at the Rímac Maternal and Child Center - Lima - Peru.
