Las actitudes hacia la herramienta “Quizizz” y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad de Lima, año 2021

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes towards the "Quizizz" tool and the academic performance of students in the anatomy course of the professional school of dentistry of a university in Lima. The study was characterized by the use of the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type and nonexperimental design, the level was observational, correlational and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 100 students to whom a Likert scale questionnaire was applied to measure the attitudes towards the Quizizz tool, while to measure the academic performance the averages obtained at the end of the academic semester of each student were taken into account. The research showed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance. The results of the Spearman's coefficient value indicated the degree of correlation between the variables is 0.371 and the significance level was less than 0.05; furthermore, a significant relationship was observed between the behavioral component dimension of attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance with a Spearman's coefficient of 0.452. It was concluded that attitudes towards the Quizizz tool are directly and significantly related to academic performance, this being a low and positive relationship.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between university professional careers and the demographic factors associated with the preferences of Peruvian university students in 2018. It is a retrospective study since the information was obtained prior to its planning. What is intended is to establish an analysis of past events that allow us to understand the present. The method used was hypothetical - deductive, with a quantitative approach of non-experimental design and a correlational level. The population is made up of 17-year-old students from more than both private and state Peruvian universities. The data were collected from the document called Peru: Education Indicators by Departments, 2008- 2018 published by the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics. The technique used was documentary observation. The results found determined a degree of correlation of 0.961 according to Spearman's Rho coefficient, with which it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between university professional careers and associated demographic factors according to the preference of Peruvian university students with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Aprendizaje autorregulado y estrés académico en estudiantes internos de ciencias de la salud en un hospital público de Tarma, 2024

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-regulated learning and academic stress in internal health sciences students at a public hospital in Tarma during 2024. The study follows a quantitative approach and the hypothetical-deductive method, employing a non-experimental correlational design. The sample consists of 80 internal students from various health disciplines, selected through intentional sampling. Data collection is carried out using structured and validated questionnaires, assessed by expert judges based on Pertinence, Relevance, and Clarity criteria. The reliability of the instruments is determined using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, confirming internal consistency. Statistical analysis reveals a significant inverse correlation between self-regulated learning and academic stress. The results indicate that higher levels of self-regulated learning are associated with lower academic stress among students. The Spearman correlation test yields a coefficient of rs = -0.800, exceeding the critical value (-0.22), with statistical significance (p = 0.000 < α = 0.05). This leads to the rejection of the null hypothesis and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, confirming the negative relationship between the studied variables.

The thesis focuses its research on showing the influence of the Word Press Blog in the inquiry competence of students of the third, fourth and fifth grades in the Educational Institution the orchard headquarters five the Reform municipality of Ortega, in the department of Tolima central mountain range of the Andes, Colombia. The research method is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, correlational-causal level and cross-sectional. The population consisted of forty-seven students; The sample is thirty third, fourth and fifth grade students, seventeen boys and thirteen girls, aged between eight and twelve years. The objective of the research was to obtain information from the census sample regarding the influence of Blog Word Press in the Inquiry competence, the following instruments were used for the Blog Word Press variable and another for the variable scientific inquiry in its dimensions that problematizes situations , designs strategies, generates or registers data and analyzes data and information, which allowed the researcher to give a particular appreciation in important aspects in order to improve or update. It was concluded that the Word Press Blog positively influences the development of the scientific inquiry competence in students of the orchard Educational Institution at its the Reform headquarters, since in the applied statistical test it was shown that the use of the educational blog Word Press improves the achievement of the competency of inquiry capabilities.

Calidad de sueño y desempeño académico en estudiantes de Maestría en Docencia Universitaria de una universidad privada de Lima, 2020

The quality of sleep is a crucial factor in people's physical and mental well-being, since its lack of renewal would affect cognitive abilities, triggering an effect at the level of their academic, work and family performance. The objective of this research was: To determine the relationship between sleep quality and academic performance in master's students in university teaching at a Private University of Lima, 2020. It is a study with a quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive-correlational level, cross section, non-experimental design and hypothetical-deductive method; with a census population of 100 students of both sexes, whose ages ranged from 25-65 years. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), which has a validity of 89% and a reliability of 0.733, and the academic performance questionnaire, a validity of 88% and reliability 0.897, were applied, so both were reliable. For your application, Microsoft Office Excel 2013 and the statistical program SPSS version 25 were used for data collection for processing and analysis; the results show that there is a significant relationship between quality of sleep and academic performance; Most of the dimensions presented significance (p <0.05) and a degree of correlation between weak and moderate, however the dimensions, habitual efficacy of sleep and use of hypnotic medication, did not show a relationship. It is concluded that sleep quality is related to academic performance in students with r = 0.564 and p <0.002.

The objective of this research was to "determine the relationship between the quality of teaching performance and the academic satisfaction of university students" at a university in Lima, using the Hypothetical-deductive method, whose conclusions were compared with the evidence of the facts from to falsify or refute a hypothesis, the research was applied, with a quantitative approach and the research design is non-experimental. The sample was defined by 125 students from a university in Lima. 2023 and due to the context of the investigation, this was non-probabilistic sampling for convenience, using the survey technique for data collection, applying two ordinal Likert scales as instruments. For the validation of the instruments, it was considered to use the Judgment of 5 experts in the field and the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient to measure the reliability of the instruments. The SPSS statistical package, version 26, was applied to analyze the database. In the results it is concluded according to the opinion of most of the students that the performance of their teachers is of a high level and their academic satisfaction is high (84%), the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates the significant relationship between the variables and Spearman's coefficient is 0.864 confirms that the relationship between the variables is direct and very good.

The research work "Socio-emotional competencies and collaborative work in nursing students of a Private University of Lima, 2021" had as its Objective. Determine the relationship of socio-emotional competencies and collaborative work in nursing students of a Private University of Lima, in the year 2021. Material and method. The research was of a quantitative approach, the method used was hypothetical-deductive, the type of research was applied, the methodological design was non-experimental with a descriptive correlational level with a cross-sectional section. The population was 972 people, the sample was 276 undergraduate nursing students. For the information gathering, the survey technique was applied, a questionnaire in structured format of thirty-two (32) items on a Likert scale, where the variable “Empathy” was evaluated the dimensions: Personal efficacy, Cognitive abilities, Achievement and action, and Institutional relations; for the variable "Collaborative work" the dimensions were evaluated: Labor factors that influence collaborative work. The questionnaire had a response pattern according to the 5-point Likert scale, from 1 = Not at all to 5 = A lot. For its application, the instrument was validated by the judgment of 5 experts. The data was processed using the statistical program IBM SPSS Statistics version 25. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were established.

The present research is about the teaching performance and research competence of the Master of University Teaching of a Private University of Lima, 2021. The objective was to determine the relationship between teaching performance and research competence. A hypothetical-deductive method was used, with quantitative approach, applied research type, descriptive-correlational level, non-experimental, cross-sectional, which seeks to establish whether teaching performance is related to research competence, with a sample of 98 students, using a Likert-type scale questionnaire according to the variables raised in this research work, The data processing will be done through a tabulation in a matrix, then the IBM SPSS version 25 program was used, applying it according to the relationship that the established variables present, being applied to the students of the Master's Degree in University Teaching of a Private University of Lima, 2021. Resulting that the Rho Spearman correlation coefficient is ,565** indicating that there is a high positive correlation between the variables, being the bilateral significance level p=0.000>0.05 (highly significant), concluding that: There is a significant relationship between teaching performance and research competence of Master of University Teaching students of a Private University of Lima, 2021. The importance of the study is the relationship between teaching performance and the management of research competencies is notorious in many universities, which motivated me to carry out this research work to innovate and improve as future teachers, thus increasing our knowledge in a reality that demands many personal and professional competencies.

Desempeño docente y satisfacción académica de clases virtuales en pospandemia en estudiantes de Odontología de una Universidad Nacional de Lima, 2022

The research on teaching performance and academic satisfaction in virtual classes in the context of post-pandemia, in dental students of a national university in Lima, 2022 had the objective of determining the relationship between teaching performance and academic satisfaction. The research had a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental design, cross-sectional correlational. The population consisted of students of the School of Dentistry and for the census sample, one hundred sixth and seventh cycle students were considered who were surveyed in person. The data were collected by means of surveys and the instruments used were two questionnaires that were previously validated by the judgment of five experts with results of applicability, the reliability of both questionnaires were analyzed by means of the Crombach's Alpha statistical test with results of reliability; subsequently, normality tests were performed on both variables by means of the Kolmogorov - Smirnov statistical test where the teaching performance variable showed a value of 0.074 and the academic satisfaction variable showed a value of 0.063. The results evidenced by the Pearson correlation statistical test showed a value of r =0.901 and (significance level) p value =0.00, allowing us to conclude that teaching performance and academic satisfaction have a high positive correlation.

E-learning y el aprendizaje significativo del idioma inglés en estudiantes de posgrado de una universidad privada 2022

The present research work entitled E-learning and significant learning of the English language in postgraduate students of a private university 2022, has as its main objective to determine the relationship between E-learning strategy and significant learning of the English language in postgraduate students of a private university private university 2021. The methodology used in this research was hypothetical deductive, with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional correlational descriptive design. It was obtained as a result that 11.3% of 80 postgraduate students from a private university 2022, have a low level of use of Elearning and a low level of significant learning; 33.8% have an average level of use of Elearning and an average level of significant learning; while 22.5% have a high level of use of E-learning and also a high level of meaningful learning. The significance value is 0.000, this value being less than 0.05, therefore, the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted, that is, if there is a significant relationship between the e-learning strategy and the significant learning of the English language in postgraduate students of a private university 2022. It is concluded that the use of e-learning through virtual platforms can be a potential tool in educational development, since it allows autonomous and self-regulated learning, favoring the achievement of meaningful learning.

Efectividad del Programa Educación Sexual sobre el grado de conocimientos y la actitud de los docentes en Colegios de Lima, 2021

The objective of this thesis was to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Educational Program "Sexual Education" in the level of knowledge and attitude in teachers of secondary schools in Lima. The research was carried out under the quantitative approach, of the applied type and with an explanatory level, hypothetical deductive method, with an experimental design and a quasi-experimental subdesign. The implementation of the program was carried out through 30 educational sessions applied to an intentionally selected sample that consisted of 110 teachers. For data collection, an instrument was applied through a questionnaire of multiple alternatives with a Likert scale, making it necessary for the researcher to know before and after the intervention. The processing and treatment of data was carried out with the statistical software SPSS where the normality test was used to determine the statistical test (Student's T) and verify the effectiveness of the program. In the analysis of the results, an increase in the degree of knowledge in the biological dimension and reproductive dimension of the teachers was observed, of 52.7% (29) who had a low level of knowledge; When applying the "Sex Education" program, these figures presented important changes, since 67.3% (37) and 32.7% (18) improved their level of knowledge to high and medium, with significant variation verified with the T Student's (p = 0.00). In relation to the attitude of the teachers, it was observed that in the two dimensions that made up the Likert Scale there were 60% (33) with a negative attitude, after the intervention it increased to a high attitude 78.2% (43), in the socioaffective dimension; of 52.7% (29) of teachers with a negative attitude, 72.7% (40) increased to a high attitude in the ethical-moral dimension). It is concluded that the "Sexual Education" program has a positive effect on the degree of knowledge and attitude of teachers in relation to the Sexual Education of Adolescents, although more research is necessary not only with teachers but with other health professionals and obstetricians.

The study presented as objective "Determine the relationship between learning styles and styles of use of virtual space in students of a private university in Lima, 2023", for this purpose the quantitative orientation, non-experimental and correlational design, 80 students of nurses participated in the study, who were provided through surveys with two instruments consisting of questionnaires, one on learning styles - CHAEA-36 by Cardozo et al. (2021) of 36 items and a second Virtual Space Use Style Questionnaire (CEUEV) of 40 items by the author Flores (2022), as a result it was obtained that a p value =0.002 and Rho Spearman of 0.441, between styles of learning and styles of use of the virtual space, in the same way the correlations were found with each one of the styles: Active (Rho= 0.185), Pragmatic (Rho=0.420), Reflexive (Rho=0.456) and Theoretical (Rho=0.425). ), as a conclusion, the direct relationship between the different learning styles and the styles of use of the virtual space in students of a university in Lima, 2023, is evidenced.

The present study aimed to determine the relationship between the teaching leadership style and the motivation to achieve in medical students of a national university in Lima. There was a sample of 180 students (53.9% male) aged between 18 and 25, where the largest number of respondents were between 22 and 25 years old (62.2%). It was a study of correlational level and non-experimental design, in which the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) and the Achievement Motivation Scale were used. The results showed positive and moderate association between the dimensions of leadership (transformational and transactional) and the dimensions of motivation to achievement (extrinsic and intrinsic). The implications, limitations and recommendations of the study were discussed.

The present research aimed to determine if there is a relationship between the Learning Strategies and the Academic Performance of the students of the professional career of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation of a private University in the city of Lima. The study was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, with a sample of 80 students; a selfmade instrument validated by five expert judges was applied as an evaluation technique. This instrument was applied through a survey to determine which were the methods and techniques used by students during their learning process. The Instrument was divided into three dimensions that encompassed cognitive processes, learning support tools and collaborative work. For the academic performance variable, the weighted averages of the students were used, which were collated through the corresponding record of grades. The Rho Spearman correlation test was used to measure the results, determining that there was an association between the two variables of 0.480, with values close to + 1.0 indicating a strong association between the variables, this value indicated that there is a correlation positive mean between the two. We conclude then that, although there is a relationship between the variables, this relationship is not totally decisive for good academic performance.

Estrategias de aprendizaje y satisfacción estudiantil en discentes de una universidad de Lima, 2023

The present study was carried out with the objective of determining the relationship between learning strategies and student satisfaction in students of a university in Lima, Peru, 2023. For this purpose, a methodology with a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design with correlational scope was developed. The population consisted of 150 students from a university in Lima, from which a sample of 80 students was selected, to which the survey technique and the questionnaire instrument were applied to collect the information. The descriptive results determined that 72.5% of students showed that they had very adequate learning strategies, while the majority of students (51.2%) felt moderately satisfied with the educational service. At the inferential level, the statistical test yielded a Pearson coefficient of 0.510 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, which indicated that there is a significant relationship between the variables. The study concluded that there is a significant and direct correlation between the variables, so that when the learning strategies variable increases, so does the student satisfaction variable in the students of a university in Lima, 2023.

At present, stress has been present in all aspects of our daily and everyday lives, such as emotional, social, educational, work and sexual aspects, with different triggers; As a consequence of stress, exhaustion, apathy, headache, insomnia, indigestion, high blood pressure and lack of concentration will affect the student in their academic performance. The purpose of this research study is to determine the relationship between stress and academic performance in physical therapy and rehabilitation students from 6th to 8th cycle of a Private University of Lima 2021. Applied, descriptive, non-experimental study method quantitative approach, made up of a sample of 85 students, using the SISCO inventory for academic stress and the final evaluation record of university grades as an instrument. Statistical program, SPSS version 23 for analysis. Conclusions: it is concluded that there is mild to moderate stress, the students being vulnerable to this situation, as well as it is concluded that they use the greatest coping factors as strategies to reduce stress and meet the challenges established by the university.

Evaluación curricular y el modelo CIPP en estudiantes de ingeniería civil en una universidad privada de Lima, 2024

This thesis focuses on the evaluation of the academic curriculum using the CIPP Model (Context, Inputs, Process, and Product) to improve educational quality and adapt the curriculum to the needs of the labor market and current society. The main objective of the study is to identify the relationship between curriculum evaluation and the CIPP Model in Civil Engineering students. Specific objectives include analyzing the relationship between curriculum evaluation and the dimensions of Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. To this end, quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques were used with a sample of students, and statistical tools were used for data analysis. The results show a significant and positive relationship between curriculum evaluation and the CIPP Model, highlighting high correlations with the dimensions of Context (.729), Inputs (.880), and Process (.694). These findings indicate that a well-evaluated curriculum can considerably improve educational quality and the academic performance of students. students. In conclusion, the study confirms the effectiveness of the CIPP Model for curriculum evaluation in Civil Engineering programs, recommending its adoption by educational institutions for better planning and implementation of their curricula.

El Facebook y el aprendizaje social en los estudiantes de la especialidad de enfermería en salud y desarrollo integral infantil en una universidad privada de Lima Metropolitana, 2021 II

The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between Facebook and cognitive learning in students of the Nursing Specialty in Child Health and Comprehensive Development of a Private University of Metropolitan Lima, 2021. Said study used the applied type methodology, with a hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of a nonexperimental design at a correlational, transectional level. The census population consisted of 80 students. The technique used for data collection was the survey, through the application of two standardized Likert scale instruments to measure the level of use of Facebook and social learning respectively. The results found determined a significance value using Spearman's Rho p = 0.707> 0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that there is no significant relationship between Facebook and social learning in students of the nursing specialty in Child Health and Comprehensive Development at a Private University of Lima Metropolitana 2021 II.

This research aims to determine the influence of motivational factors on investigative skills in nursing interns from the degree program of a university in Lima, 2022; being a study of hypothetical - deductive method, with a quantitative approach, of a basic type, of a nonexperimental, explanatory, correlational - causal design, with a universe population of 236 nursing career interns from a private university in Lima, which The survey technique will be applied for both variables, and there will be 2 Likert-type questionnaires, which were validated by 5 expert judges and with an aiken's V value of 1 being valid, and with a cronbach's alpha of 0.928 for motivational factors and 0.988 of investigative competences, being reliable; having as results that the majority of the nursing interns surveyed have a high level of motivational factors with 59.2% (71), and with a high level of investigative competences with 87.5% (105); with a correlation of variables by Spearman's Rho of a value of Rho = .944 and P = 0.003 between the variables motivational factors and investigative competences, concluding that there is a positive correlation of very strong significant force in the influence of motivational factors in the investigative skills in nursing interns.

This research work addresses the study of personal factors and their relationship with academic performance in students of the VII and VIII cycle of the School of Psychology of a Private University of Lima, 2020; in order to determine the relationship between personal factors with academic performance. Research of non-experimental type applied design, hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional approach with a sample of 86 students of non-probabilistic sampling, aged between 17 and 50 years, where 84% are of the gender female and only the remaining 16% belong to males. The measurement instruments used were the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (I-CE), whose original name is: EQ-I YV BarOn. Emotional Quotient Inventory, built by Reuven BarOn (1997), adapted in Peru by Dr. Nelly Ugarriza (2001); and the grade records issued by the teachers who evaluated the first semester 2020. The statistical analysis of the variables was performed using Spearman's correlation, confirming the general hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, personal factors and performance academic, with a moderate positive correlation (Rho = + 0.681 and Sig.
