El clima organizacional y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de tesorería de la sede central del Ministerio de Educación, periodo de mayo a julio del 2018

He aim of the investigation was to determine the relation between the climate organizacional and the administrative management in the personnel that works in the Office of Treasury of the Headquarters of the Department of Education, during the period from May to July, 2018; of applied type of level correlacional, of not experimental design, of quantitative approach; the population of study belonged 60 workers. One thought that 68,3% of the personnel considers that the climate organizacional existing in the office is very suitable, and that 55,0% of the personnel thinks that the administrative existing management is very suitable. One concluded that there exists a very high direct or positive relation (Rho's value = 0,892 and value of p = 0,000) between the climate organizacional and the administrative management; of similar form there exists a very high direct or positive relation (Rho's value = 0,903 and value of p = 0,000) between the human potential and the administrative management, (Rho's value = 0, 846 and value of p = 0,000) between the design organizacional and the administrative management, and (Rho's value = 0,761 and value of p = 0,000) between the culture organizacional and the administrative management.

The general aim of the investigation was to determine the correlation between the managerial competitions and the level of execution of the program of investments in the Headquarters of the Regional Government of Huánuco during the period 2015 - 2016. On the methodology: The type was basic of level correlacional, of not experimental design, the approach was quantitative, the sample was 88 workers, the technology the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, the Rho de Spearman was used to confirm the hypotheses. They were achieved to accept the raised hypotheses, wherefrom: one thought that significant correlation exists between the managerial competitions and the behavior of the execution of the program of investments (Rho's value = 0,390 and p = 0,001); of similar form one thought that there exists significant relation of the leadership, planning, teamwork, and globalization with the behavior of the execution of the program of investments. Finally, 76,1 % of the clerical staff and civil servants perceive that the managerial competitions of the Regional Managers of the above mentioned institution are of regular level, being the dimension focused to improving the "Globalization"; 78,4 % of the personnel perceives that the quality of execution of the program of investments was of regular level during the period 2015 - 2016, being the dimension focused to improving the " Environmental gap ".

For Chiavenato (2000), the theory of human relations focuses on the humanist model, which achieves better communication between people, with their heads and participation in decisions based on the assigned tasks, as a vehicle, in order to achieve individual satisfaction of the needs as well as to increase the level of morality in Workers. (p.302) One of the elements that underlies the success of an organization is the motivation, for a long time it has been considered that the main motivator is money, the studies carried out in this regard indicate the opposite, the work environment being the one that relieves the stability of the employees. The objective of the research was to establish the level of relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University, 2017. The population was formed by the employees of the educational institution and the sample by 30 employees. The technique used was the technique and as an instrument, the questionnaire. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship between the motivation strategies with the work performance in the sales area of the Norbert Wiener University.

In our country, the General Comptroller of the Republic initiated a process of audit and follow-up of the expenditure made by the oncological units, especially the highcost medicines of different hospitals. Since oncological diseases are those that need, by their nature, manifestation and evolution, that are called high cost because of the impact on the family economy, it is necessary to evaluate the management of those They are offered in hospitals, this medications have a process of reconstitution and dilution after being dosed by doctors, it is very important to ensure that these processes are carried out properly and that they can be derived to others who also need them. The objective of the research was to establish the level of relationship between the management of oncological medicines with the coverage to other patients in the Hospital of Ministeri of Health, Category III. The research has considered as a population the personnel that work in the area of oncology and the sample It was 30 workers responsible for the areas of oncology. The technique used was the interview and as an instrument, the questionnaire.

Gestión del presupuesto participativo y el nivel de satisfacción en la ciudadanía del distrito de Quilmaná, provincia de Cañete, 2021

The objective of this research work is to determine how the management of the participatory budget is related to the level of satisfaction in the citizens of the District of Quilmaná in the Province of Cañete, 2021. The research design is quantitative, descriptive and non-experimental, operating with two variables, participatory budget management and the level of satisfaction, describing the relationship between the two. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of 372 citizens, in such a way that the description and statistical analysis to obtain the results, the descriptive statistics and the Sperman Rho coefficient were used for the hypothesis test. As a result, the significant correlation between the management of the participatory budget and the level of satisfaction in the citizens of the District of Quilmaná, Province of Cañete, 2021 is obtained, by obtaining the significance value p = 0.000 <0.05; in addition to a Spearman coefficient of 0.207, which indicates a positive and low correlation between participatory budgeting management and the level of satisfaction. It is concluded that there is a positive correlation between the management of the participatory budget and the living conditions. Regarding the management of the participatory budget and the condition, there is a positive correlation, while in the management of the participatory budget with social welfare and social dialogue the correlation is positive and low.

To this day, efforts have been made in every country in the world to establish mechanisms that help to prevent mistreatment of women. This situation that affects society so much has generated studies, research from the health, education, with a single objective that is to characterize this social phenomenon. The United Nations Organization defines violence against women as "any act of gender violence that results in, or may result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or deprivation. arbitrary freedom, whether they occur in public or private life »The objective of the study was to establish the level of relationship between the implementation of houses of refuge with emotional stability in women victims of abuse in Apurímac. The study corresponds to the applied type and non-experimental design, the population was represented by the women victims of mistreatment and the sample consisted of 35 women. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship in 77.55% corresponding to the assessment of the implementation of houses of refuge with respect to emotional stability in women victims of abuse.

Los mecanismos para la institucionalidad y su relación con la corrupción en la Municipalidad de San Miguel, 2018

In the present investigation entitled "The mechanisms for institutionality and its relationship with corruption in the Municipality of San Miguel, 2018" where the general objective was to determine the way in which the mechanisms for institutionality influence the corruption of the Municipality of San Miguel, during the year 2018. A methodology of correlation type was applied and based on a questionnaire of questions applied to 92 workers of the Municipality of San Miguel, the following conclusions were reached. It can be determined that the mechanisms for institutionality influence the corruption of the Municipality of San Miguel, during the year 2018 that through Spearman's Rho a value of significance of 0.000 was obtained and the general hypothesis is accepted, in this case there is a significant influence between the mechanisms for institutionality and corruption, it should be noted that a correlation coefficient of -0.732 was obtained in the test.

The Bachelor Scholarship or Scholarship 18" (according to the Regulation of Law No. 29837) is a subsidized scholarshi for permanent access and completion of higher education, a university level and higher technology, in the country or abroad. This Scholarship has as a beneficiary population the students graduated from high school with high academic performance and low resources in the Household Targeting System - SISFOH. The objective of the study was to establish the level of the relationship between the relevance of the access policy and the use of the National Undergraduate Scholarship 18 awarded to private institutions in the 2014 PRONABEC Call. The type of research is the application and its non-experimental design, the research has become the independent variable such as the population and the experts in management of the dependent variable of the managers and specialists; with respect to the sample of non-probabilistic character were 38 people: 8 experts and 30 managers. The technique of the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. The Spearman correlation coefficient test was applied to corroborate the hypotheses of the study.

Currently, the country is going through a fairly significant socio-economic and political crisis, interpersonal relationships and forms of communication between human beings are affected, bringing with it negative consequences in the harmonious coexistence of citizens in a town, consequently affecting dialogue and communicational effectiveness with your government authorities (national, regional and local). In this sense, the present investigation tries to study this social phenomenon looking for a relation between the communicational effectiveness and the public policies in health managed and administered by the local government of the San Jerónimo district, Apurímac; This research is descriptive-correlational level. The general or main objective of this study is to analyze and explain how communication effectiveness and public health policies of the local government are related to the population. The approach is quantitative, the instrument used is the questionnaire, said instrument being subjected to the judgment of experts. In this study, it was possible to determine that there is a positive and significant relationship between public policies in health and communicational effectiveness of the local government with the citizens of the San Jerónimo district, Apurímac 2021. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to keep the public informed citizen continuously, truthfully and appropriately, since this will allow them to know what is related to public health policies and make appropriate and timely use of them.

The present work of investigation presents as principal aim to determine the correlation between the resistance to the change and the teamwork of the personnel of the Headquarters of Regional Government of Ayacucho, in the year 2016. The type of investigation was basic since it was sought to contribute to the knowledge, of level correlacional, being the not experimental design, the technology of compilation was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, the quantitative approach, the sample was 75 employees and the random sampling. One thought that there exists inverse and significant relation between the resistance to the change and the teamwork in the Regional Headquarters (Rho's value = - 0,420 and p = 0,000); also that does not exist relation between the inertia and the teamwork (Rho's value = 0,132 and p = 0,445); that exists inverse and significant relation between the participation and the teamwork (Rho's value = - 0,478 and p = 0,000), between the negotiation and the teamwork (Rho's value = - 0,418 and p = 0,000), between the restriction and the teamwork (Rho's value = - 0,321 and p = 0,005); therefore, the general hypothesis was accepted.
