Ítem Acceso abierto (Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-12-07) Cruzado Valeriano, Delly Hermelinda; Cuba Navarrete, Luduvina Editta; Ayala Peralta, Félix DasioUterine rupture is a clinical situation that may occur during labor or, more rarely, during pregnancy, with severe consequences for both maternal and fetal life. The possibility of uterine rupture in an intact uterus is rare, but prevalent risk factors such as multiparity, dystocia, fetal macrosomia, use of oxytocin, breech deliveries, obstetric trauma, internal and external fetal versions, uterine abnormalities, misuse of prostaglandins, and instrumental deliveries are described. This clinical case involves a 44-year-old multiparous patient at 38 weeks of gestation with uterine hypokinesia and a third-degree facial presentation. Fetal bradycardia was noted, and an immediate cesarean section revealed uterine rupture with posterior uterine segment rupture, followed by a cesarean hysterectomy and unilateral right salpingo-oophorectomy. The patient recovered well and was discharged with her newborn on the 7th postoperative day.Ítem Acceso abierto Characteristics of the environment, aggressor and victim of the alleged crime against sexual liberty in adolescent women 2018 to 2019, Peru.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-10-09) Pradera Perez, Lizbeth; Morales Alvarado, Sabrina YnésTo describe the characteristics of the environment, perpetrator, and victim in cases of alleged crimes against sexual freedom involving adolescent girls treated at the Forensic Gynecology and Obstetrics Section of DIRCRI - PNP from 2018 to 2019. Materials and Methods: The design is a bibliographic review of descriptive studies aimed at identifying risk factors, consequences, and preventive measures related to sexual violence in adolescents. A total of 50 studies were identified, resulting in a final sample of 20 articles. Results: Of the 20 original articles, 60% of the final sample came from PubMed, 40% featured a cross-sectional descriptive design, and 25% were conducted in the United States. The main risk factors for sexual violence were alcohol consumption by the victim or their aggressors and having the aggressor within their family environment. The main consequences included depressive symptoms and post-traumatic stress disorder. The key preventive measure identified was the "Mi Sol" Educational Program, which had a positive effect on knowledge about sexual abuse and prevention skills.
