Acceso a los servicios de salud y adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso en pacientes del Centro de Salud Caja de Agua – San juan de Lurigancho, 2023

Objective: Establish the relationship between access to health services and adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients at the Caja de Agua Health Center - 2023. Methodology: The method was hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, applied type, descriptive correlational and non-experimental design. The population was made up of 80 patients who attend the Tuberculosis Control Program (PCT). The technique was the survey and validated instruments “Modified Tanahashi Test” and “Adapted Morisky Green Test”. Results: It is evident that access to health services in PCT patients was medium level 50%, low 33.8% and high 16.2%; and adherence to treatment was 83.7%; According to dimensions, availability was medium level 46.2%, low 32.5% and high 21.3%; accessibility was medium level 50%, low 35% and high 15%; acceptability was medium level 47.5%, low 40% and high 12.5%; and contact was medium level 55%, low 27.5% and high 17.5%. Conclusions: According to the Spearman Correlation Test, it is concluded that there is a moderate relationship between access to health services and adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in patients who attend the PCT of the Caja de Agua Health Center (Rho = 0.739, p = 0.038).

Acceso a los servicios de salud y la percepción de atención a la mujer en el servicio de planificación familiar, hospital Santa Rosa, Lima – 2021

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between access to health services and the perception of care for women in the family planning service of the Santa Rosa Hospital, Lima 2021. Methodology: it corresponds to a quantitative, applied, nonexperimental, descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional research. The sample consisted of 150 women of childbearing age attending family planning services at the Santa Rosa Hospital. The instrument used was a SERVQUAL questionnaire (modified), to evaluate both variables: access to health services and perception of care for women. Results: the average age of the users was between 20 and 24 years, marital status single (62.7%), working occupation (54%), with a university education (50%) and a medium-high socioeconomic level (62.7%). It was found that 54.7% considered that there was a moderate range of accessibility to health services, the perception of care was considered good in all dimensions; reliability (78.5%), empathy (91.2%), tangible aspects (82.5%), responsiveness (80.7%) and safety (88.7%). When contrasting the general hypothesis, the Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient was (0.511), which showed a positive correlation of the variable access to health services with the variable perception of care for women. Conclusions: It can be affirmed that there is a relationship between access to health services and the perception of care for women in the family planning service of the Hospital Santa Rosa, Lima 2021.

Acciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación informal dialogada en ciertos filmes del cine francófono aplicables en la formación universitaria

Se buscó identificar la presencia de acciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación informal dialogada en ciertos filmes del cine francófono aplicables en la formación universitaria. Se plantearon dos categorías apriorísticas: la primera, tipos de educación; y la segunda, acciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La primera se subdividió en tres subcategorías: educación formal, educación no formal y educación informal; la segunda categoría, en tres subcategorías: acciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje de saberes declarativos, de saberes procedimentales y de saberes actitudinales. El investigador se propuso identificar estas acciones en la educación informal dialogada a través de la revisión documental de escenas de seis filmes francófonos, elegidos a partir de criterios de inclusión y exclusión. El método utilizado fue el inductivo con enfoque cualitativo y diseño de revisión documental con características descriptivas y comparativas. Se elaboró para el recojo de datos dos instrumentos previamente validados: una guía de observación documental y un registro anecdótico; además, matrices de análisis individual y de análisis grupal para examinar las escenas. Los resultados indican la presencia de la educación informal en las escenas dialogadas seleccionadas; además, que en ellas emergen espontáneamente acciones de enseñanza-aprendizaje a través de un enseñante y un aprendiz ocasionales. Entre las conclusiones, se deriva que en los diálogos el enseñante utiliza la memoria, las relaciones significativas y la oralidad para los saberes declarativos; la enseñanza directa y la imitación de modelos para los saberes procedimentales; y su poder de experto, su grado de amistad y otros para influir en el aprendiz en los saberes actitudinales.

Acciones gubernamentales sanitarias por COVID-19 y su relación con el acceso a la salud bucal en la provincia de Chincha, 2022

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the health policies imposed by the government have effects in access to health care; the government health actions that were taken as a measure to control and prevent the disease; Therefore, this study aims to analyze the relationship between government health actions by COVID-19 and access to oral health in the people of the province of Chincha. Materials and method, a descriptive correlational study was applied in a population of the province of Chincha, which was applied a virtual survey created for the purpose in 188 people chosen by randomness in a virtual group of the Facebook platform. The results obtained showed the existence of a negative correlation (r= -0.39) between governmental health actions and access to oral health (p<0.05). In addition, negative results were found between free transit and meeting restrictions, limitations in the offer of regular health services, the prioritization of the health system by COVID-19, and access to oral health. The study concluded that government health actions by Covid-19 negatively influence access to oral health.

Aceptación del programa de formación en valores de la policía nacional por parte de docentes y estudiantes de escuelas públicas del Espinal, Tolima en Colombia en el año 2014

The National Police provides within its Institutional Educational Project the development of the essential role of Social Projection, being one of his actions the implementation of educational programs offered by the institution to the communities, for this project is of particular interest the development of formation around values in schools in the region. The objective is to analyze the level of acceptance of the formation Program in Values of the National Police by students in public schools in El Espinal and police teachers that develop the program. With a descriptive transactional design, 131 students from four schools in the city and 19 teachers responded previously validated instruments for assessing the acceptance of formation programs on values, and their demographic characteristics. We found that the evaluative perception of the program is not significantly different between students and teachers, which allows to conclude that there is a consensus in the rating given to the Formation Program in Values of PONAL with a high level of acceptance. As a general conclusion it can be stated that the Community Formation Program in Values of the National Police has a high level of acceptance by students of public schools in El Espinal in which it develops, as well as by police teachers deployed in the community context.

Acercamiento de las habilidades comunicativas a niños con dificultad atencional por parentesco genético soportadas por neuropsicología y psicología educativa, en un colegio colombiano, 2020

Bringing communication skills closer to different subjects of a school curriculum, is the objective of this study, aimed at children with difficulties at the attention level due to the genetic proximity maintained by the families of the populated center from which they come, without there being any investigative antecedents on the theme. With a qualitative approach methodology, through the multiple case study method, a technique of three neuropsychological tests whose instruments are Weschler Scale, NEUROPSI Battery and ENI Battery, which provide information on the real state of the children attentively, analysis of genograms that report on the familiarity that exists between them and structured interviews with teachers, with an initial population of 23 students and 12 teachers defined in 10 children and nine teachers to create ways to approximate communication skills to their subjects assertively, with the use of tools pedagogical that allow improving their academic performance, which has obvious weaknesses. Neuropsychology is taken together with educational psychology as independent categories and communication skills as a dependent category of the previous two, which are triangulated to find the emphasis of relevance in the game and the use of ICT tools, as keys to bring the communication skills to any subject and its adaptation for children with attention difficulties in this case due to the genetic rapprochement between families.

The objective of the present research is to identify the influence that the accompaniment of parents has on the education in values in the sixth-grade students of a public institution of the municipality of Montenegro, Quindío, Colombia. The approach from which it was developed was quantitative, descriptive level, through the application of an instrument that allowed knowing the perceptions of the students about the accompaniment of their parents in regard to their educational process and the transmission of values, and the interrelation between parental accompaniment (independent variable) and education in values (dependent variable) was analyzed. The values that were privileged in the study were, on the one hand, responsibility, solidarity, honesty, respect and tolerance. On the other hand, the accompaniment in time and support that parents provide their children. The study is based on an analysis of sources close to the perspective of this research. As a conclusion and discussion, the importance of the support of parents in the processes of education in values in students is highlighted, because they are beginning another stage of their academic formation and the presence of the values that was mentioned on the research will help them to obtain better academic results and a more successful life.

Acoso psicológico relacionado con absentismo laboral en los profesionales de enfermería de un Hospital de MINSA, 2024

El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación entre el acoso psicológico y el absentismo laboral en los profesionales de enfermería de un Hospital del MINSA, 2024. Se utilizó una metodología de enfoque cuantitativa, de tipo aplicada, de alcance correlacional y con diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 100 profesionales de enfermería del área de hospitalización, seleccionados mediante un muestreo censal. Se utilizaron los Cuestionario de Acoso Psicológico en el Trabajo (CAPT) y el Cuestionario de Principales Factores de Ausentismo Laboral, ambos validados en este contexto. Los resultados de la prueba de Rho de Spearman mostraron una relación positiva moderada (r= 0.570, p < 0.000) entre el acoso psicológico y el absentismo laboral, indicando que, a mayor acoso psicológico, aumenta el absentismo laboral entre los profesionales de enfermería. En conclusión, se confirma la relación significativa entre ambas variables, lo que sugiere que el acoso psicológico es un factor que contribuye al absentismo, afectando el bienestar de los profesionales de enfermería y la eficiencia en los servicios de salud.

With the objective of the study was to establish the level of relationship between the attitude of professionals with the quality of care in the obstetrics gynecology department of the Chancay hospital and Basic Health Services "Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López", 2017. The type of research is applied, the quantitative approach and the non-experimental design. The population consisted of obstetricians, gynecologists and patients of the obstetrics gynecology department of Chancay hospital and the non-probabilistic sample was represented by 80 people: 40 obstetricians, gynecologists and 40 patients. With respect to the techniques, the survey was used and the questionnaires as instruments. The 40 health professionals that make up the department of obstetrics were given a survey to assess their professional attitude. The 40 patients of the various departments of the obstetrics gynecology department were given a survey to assess the quality of care The general result of the study through the Spearman correlation test yielded a value of 4.72 corroborating the general hypothesis. The conclusion is that the attitude of the professionals is directly related to the quality of care in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of the Chancay hospital and Basic Health Service "Dr. Hidalgo Atoche López ", 2017.

Actitud hacia el uso de la inteligencia artificial y deshonestidad académica en estudiantes de una universidad privada en Huancayo, 2025

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo “Determinar la relación de la actitudhacia el uso de la Inteligencia Artificial y deshonestidad académica en estudiantes de unauniversidad privada en Huancayo”. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo hipotético – deductivo,con un enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño correlación básico y de corte transversal. El estudioincluyó a 107 estudiantes, quienes forman parte de la carrera de Tecnología Médicapertenecientes a las especialidades de Laboratorio Clínico y Anatomía Patológica, Terapia Físicay Rehabilitación y Radiología. Para la recolección de datos se aplicó una encuesta compuesta pordos instrumentos, cada uno destinado a medir una de las variables de estudio. Para medir lavariable actitud hacia a la inteligencia artificial se utilizó el instrumento de Schepman y Rodway(2020), adaptado Gálvez et al. (2024) y para la variable deshonestidad académica se utilizó laescala realizada por Dominguez Lara y Lingan Huamán (2024). Los resultados demostraron queexiste una relación inversa baja y estadísticamente significativa entre la actitud hacia el uso de laInteligencia Artificial y la deshonestidad académica en los estudiantes de una universidadprivada en Huancayo. Esto implica que, conforme los estudiantes desarrollan una postura másfavorable, responsable y orientada al aprendizaje respecto al uso de la Inteligencia Artificial,disminuye la probabilidad de que incurran en conductas académicamente deshonestas, como elplagio, la copia o la falsificación de información.Palabras claves: Actitud hacia el uso de la inteligencia artificial, deshonestidad académica,estudiantes de tecnología médica.

Actitud hacia la educación online y el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de posgrado de una universidad privada de Lima, 2023

The objective of the research was to establish the relationship between the attitude towards online education and autonomous learning in postgraduate students of a private university in Lima, 2023. This research had as its methodology the deductive hypothetical with a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional analysis and correlational level; for the study, 95 postgraduate students were considered as a sample; to which, through the survey technique, the Attitude towards online education questionnaire was applied and for autonomous learning variable, the Autonomous Learning questionnaire was applied; finding as a result that there is a relationship between attitude towards online education and autonomous learning in postgraduate students (p<0.05 and Rho=0.814) also maintaining that this correlation was significant, direct and of strong intensity. The conclusion of the study is that the attitude towards online education is directly linked to autonomous learning, that is, by presenting a strong positive attitude towards online education, it favors high autonomous learning.

Research today is considered one of the most important jobs for every professional because it forces the person to have critical thinking, generating new knowledge for its application according to the different needs, that is why the initiative for the development of this study with the objective of being able to determine the relationship that exists between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of a private university, 2021. The methodological design was with a substantive quantitative approach and a correlational descriptive level, the results obtained were that there is a significant relationship between the attitude towards research and critical thinking in the students of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of a private university, 2021. Finally, it is concluded that the level of attitude of the students of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry of Attitude towards research and critical thinking in pharmacy and biochemistry students a from a private university, 2021, is high, that is, out of 120 students surveyed, 74 of them, which is equivalent to 61.7%, consider that patience and curiosity for most of the things they analyze are key elements that reinforce their attitude towards research.

This research considered the objective of determining the relationship between the attitude towards research and investigative skills in undergraduate students of a private university in Lima, 2023. The research was framed in the quantitative approach, hypothetical - deductive method, applied type, design not experimental and correlational descriptive level. The sample consisted of 85 undergraduate students of VIII, IX and X cycles of a private university in Lima. Two instruments were available for data collection; Questionnaire of attitude towards research, by Barrios and Ulises (2020) which consisted of 28 items and the Questionnaire of investigative competences, by Ruiz et al. (2020) which consisted of 40 items. The results of the general hypothesis test reported that the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the attitude towards research and investigative skills; In the same way, it is observed that Spearman's Rho index = 0.418, indicating that the relationship between the study variables is positive and of moderate intensity, that is, that a positive attitude towards research favors the development of investigative skills.

The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of skills of tourism students at Norbert Wiener University, 2019 I. The research approach is quantitative; Type of research is substantive; the level of research is descriptive-correlational; cross section. Its non-experimental design; that which explains the correlation between the variables research attitude and achievement of skills in the training of tourism students of Administration in Tourism and Hospitality of the Wiener University. The sample is made up of 80 Tourism students from the Professional Academic School of Tourism and Hospitality at Norbert Wiener University. The data collection technique applied was the survey, the instruments were, the questionnaire for students on research attitude and the questionnaire for students on the achievement of skills. In the hypothesis test, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlations since the sample follows a normal distribution; it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of competencies of Tourism 2019 I students, obtaining a correlation of 0.912, with a significance level of 0.000. Actitud y calidad de atención hacia los pacientes del hospital Lucio Aldazabal Pauca, Huancané, Puno 2023

The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between attitude and quality of care for patients at the Lucio Aldazabal Pauca Hospital, Huancané, Puno, 2023. Regarding the methodology, the research was basic and the approach was quantitative. The level was descriptive correlational and the design was non-experimental with a cross sectional study. The population was 600 health workers from the Lucio Aldazabal Pauca Hospital, the sample being 235 workers and the random non-probabilistic sampling. The technique used to collect data was the survey and the instrument which had 20 items for attitude and 18 items for quality of care. The results showed that the group of workers surveyed had a moderate appreciation regarding the attitude and quality of care towards patients (40.0%). It was concluded that there is a relationship between the attitude and the quality of care for patients at the Lucio Aldazabal Pauca Hospital, Huancané, Puno, 2023, with the level of correlation being direct and high (rho = 0.874).

Actitud y conocimiento sobre medidas de bioseguridad del personal de emergencia del Instituto Nacional del Niño, 2024

El presente estudio se realizó con la finalidad de poder establecer si hay relación de laactitud y el conocimiento sobre medidas de bioseguridad de los residentes de emergencia delInstituto Nacional del Niño, 2024; para lo cual se desarrolló una metodología con base alenfoque al diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. La muestra determinada de forma noprobabilística estuvo conformada por 80 residentes del área de emergencia del mencionadocentro de salud. Los datos fueron recopilados a través de la técnica de la encuesta, utilizandopara ello como instrumento un cuestionario para cada variable debidamente validados. Comoresultado se encontró que la mayoría (46.3%) del personal encuestado tiene una actitud positivay un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre las medidas de bioseguridad. Del mismo modo comoresultado inferencial se calculó un coeficiente de Spearman = 0.892 y una sig. = 000, por lo quese concluyó que la relación es buena y positiva entre la actitud y el conocimiento sobre medidasde bioseguridad por parte del personal de emergencia del Instituto Nacional del Niño, 2024.

Actitud, conocimiento y uso de tecnologías de la información y comunicación y la práctica docente en una Universidad Privada – 2022

This research study had as general objective to determine the relationship between attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies and the teaching practice in a private university - 2022. The methodology used in the study was based on the positivist paradigm, hypothetical deductive method; this research is applied´s type, descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, observational and correlational. tThe population consisted of 250 teachers and the sample was 114 teachers, using two highly reliable instruments that went through the validity and reliability being highly reliable. The results demonstrated the existence of low levels for the variable attitude, knowledge and use of ICT with 43% and for the practice it was 55.3% teaching, The non-parametric test of Spearmen's Rho was applied for the correlation between the variables, obtaining a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, so, university teachers are not prepared in the attitude, knowledge and use of ICT; and this makes it difficult for the teacher to carry out a good teaching practice.

Las actitudes hacia la herramienta “Quizizz” y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de odontología de una universidad de Lima, año 2021

The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between attitudes towards the "Quizizz" tool and the academic performance of students in the anatomy course of the professional school of dentistry of a university in Lima. The study was characterized by the use of the hypothetical-deductive method, with a quantitative approach, applied type and nonexperimental design, the level was observational, correlational and cross-sectional; the population consisted of 100 students to whom a Likert scale questionnaire was applied to measure the attitudes towards the Quizizz tool, while to measure the academic performance the averages obtained at the end of the academic semester of each student were taken into account. The research showed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance. The results of the Spearman's coefficient value indicated the degree of correlation between the variables is 0.371 and the significance level was less than 0.05; furthermore, a significant relationship was observed between the behavioral component dimension of attitudes towards the Quizizz tool and academic performance with a Spearman's coefficient of 0.452. It was concluded that attitudes towards the Quizizz tool are directly and significantly related to academic performance, this being a low and positive relationship.

Actitudes profesionales y aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes internas de enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima – 2024

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre las actitudes profesionales y el aprendizaje significativo en estudiantes internas de Enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima en el año 2024. El estudio se enmarcó en el método hipotético-deductivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y diseño no experimental de corte transversal y alcance relacional. Se utilizaron como instrumentos de recolección de datos dos cuestionarios aplicados a una muestra poblacional de 100 estudiantes internas de Enfermería de una universidad privada de Lima durante el año 2024. Los resultados arrojaron un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de rho = 0.884 entre las actitudes profesionales y el aprendizaje significativo, lo cual indica una relación positiva, fuerte y directa. Este coeficiente sugiere que, a medida que las actitudes profesionales mejoran, el nivel de aprendizaje significativo también aumenta en las estudiantes. Por tanto, se concluye que el fomento de actitudes profesionales positivas contribuye sustancialmente al aprendizaje significativo en el contexto de la formación en Enfermería.

The present manuscript aimed to determine the relationship between attitudes and motivation towards research in students of a university in Lima, 2025; it was framed within hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, non experimental design and descriptive correlational level. The sample consisted of 92 students from the 3rd and 4th year of medical technology from a university in Lima, as instruments the scale on attitudes towards research by Hidalgo et al. (2023) of 28 items and 3 dimensions, and the research motivation scale by Carranza et al. (2022) of 13 items and 2 dimensions were used. The result was a p <0.05, which indicated that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and motivation towards research, in addition, the rho = 0.497 was also identified, concluding that the link between variables is positive with moderate intensity, so that, by presenting better attitudes it favors motivation towards research.
