El presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar si existe relación entre la actitud investigadora y el logro de competencias en los estudiantes de turismo de la Universidad Norbert Wiener, 2019 I. El enfoque de investigación es cuantitativo; Tipo de investigación, sustantiva; el nivel de investigación es descriptivocorrelacional; de corte transversal. Su diseño No experimental; que explica la correlación entre las variables actitud investigadora y logro de competencias en la formación de los estudiantes de turismo de la Carrera de Administración en Turismo y Hotelería de la Universidad Wiener. La muestra estuvo conformada por 80 estudiantes de Turismo; la técnica de recolección de datos aplicada fue la encuesta, los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario para estudiantes sobre actitud investigadora y el cuestionario para estudiantes sobre el logro de competencias. En la prueba de hipótesis, para analizar las correlaciones se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman dado que la muestra sigue una distribución normal; se determinó que existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre la actitud investigadora y el logro de competencias de los estudiantes de Turismo 2019 I, obteniéndose una correlación de 0,912, con un nivel de significancia de 0,001; por lo cual se acepta la hipótesis.
Resumen
The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of skills of tourism students at Norbert Wiener University, 2019 I. The research approach is quantitative; Type of research is substantive; the level of research is descriptive-correlational; cross section. Its non-experimental design; that which explains the correlation between the variables research attitude and achievement of skills in the training of tourism students of Administration in Tourism and Hospitality of the Wiener University. The sample is made up of 80 Tourism students from the Professional Academic School of Tourism and Hospitality at Norbert Wiener University. The data collection technique applied was the survey, the instruments were, the questionnaire for students on research attitude and the questionnaire for students on the achievement of skills. In the hypothesis test, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the correlations since the sample follows a normal distribution; it was determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between the research attitude and the achievement of competencies of Tourism 2019 I students, obtaining a correlation of 0.912, with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, the hypothesis is accepted. Keywords: research attitude, achievement of skills; tourist activity.
