This situation that affects society so much has generated studies, research from the health, education, with a single objective that is to characterize this social phenomenon. The United Nations Organization defines violence against women as "any act of gender violence that results in, or may result in, physical, sexual or psychological harm to women, including threats of such acts, coercion or deprivation. arbitrary freedom, whether they occur in public or private life »The objective of the study was to establish the level of relationship between the implementation of houses of refuge with emotional stability in women victims of abuse in Apurímac. The study corresponds to the applied type and non-experimental design, the population was represented by the women victims of mistreatment and the sample consisted of 35 women. The technique used was the survey and the instruments were the questionnaires. As a general conclusion, it was shown that there is a direct relationship in 77.55% corresponding to the assessment of the implementation of houses of refuge with respect to emotional stability in women victims of abuse.
