Publicación Acceso abierto El clima organizacional y la gestión administrativa en la oficina de tesorería de la sede central del Ministerio de Educación, periodo de mayo a julio del 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-10-25) Chávez Pacheco, María del Carmen; Hernani Chávez, César Enrique; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituHe aim of the investigation was to determine the relation between the climate organizacional and the administrative management in the personnel that works in the Office of Treasury of the Headquarters of the Department of Education, during the period from May to July, 2018; of applied type of level correlacional, of not experimental design, of quantitative approach; the population of study belonged 60 workers. One thought that 68,3% of the personnel considers that the climate organizacional existing in the office is very suitable, and that 55,0% of the personnel thinks that the administrative existing management is very suitable. One concluded that there exists a very high direct or positive relation (Rho's value = 0,892 and value of p = 0,000) between the climate organizacional and the administrative management; of similar form there exists a very high direct or positive relation (Rho's value = 0,903 and value of p = 0,000) between the human potential and the administrative management, (Rho's value = 0, 846 and value of p = 0,000) between the design organizacional and the administrative management, and (Rho's value = 0,761 and value of p = 0,000) between the culture organizacional and the administrative management.Publicación Acceso abierto Clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral en colaboradores de la escuela profesional de Tecnología Médica de una Universidad Privada de Lima, Perú(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-02) Laynes Hernández, Diana Elizabeth; Vargas Merino, Jorge AlbertoThe main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction in employees of the professional school of Medical Technology of a Private University in Lima, Peru. The research is applied, using the hypothetical-deductive method, under the quantitative approach and a non-experimental observational design. For the sample, the totality was used, being applied to 120 collaborators of the institution, complying with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Validated questionnaires were used for the variables under study. The data collected after the application of the surveys were processed with the help of the SPSS software, obtaining a detailed statistical result. The analysis determined significant correlations between the specific dimensions of the study variables. The results showed that there is a high positive and significant relationship between the organizational climate and job satisfaction with a correlation coefficient of 0.700, this shows us that an adequate organizational climate generates greater job satisfaction. Finally, the implementation of loyalty and training strategies for employees will increase job satisfaction to achieve better work performance.
